About Breezy

Breezy is a recruiting platform for small and midsize businesses. The solution provides functionality for applicant sourcing and tracking, resume parsing, and video interviews and more. The application is cloud-based and features a dedicated app for iOS devices so recruiters can use the platform on the go. Breezy comes with EEOC reporting capabilities, customizable career pages, and the Restful API so developers can tweak the software to their needs. With a drag-and-drop interface, users can customize their pipeline and organize applicants in whichever order they please. Recruiters can connect with candidates via email using custom templates, auto-responding and interview scheduling capabilities for fast response times and organization. Users can source candidates from LinkedIn, AngelList and other sites using a Google Chrome extension, and can post openings to multiple job boards with a single click. Breezy HR is available in a variety of pricing tiers based on the number of job openings an organization has.

It's a BREEZE with Breezy!!

I have a love affair with Breezy. It's the best ATS I've ever used. So easy and effortless.

Pros

I like Breezy's ease of use and customer support. Getting a job posted and out to multiple job boards is a....BREEZE!

Cons

Home page doesn't show all of my posted jobs on the Dashboard. I have to go into Positions/Pools to see them all - one more click.

Great support & service, smooth migration between ATS, amazinng value for money

For the past few months that our team has been using Breezy, we really appreciate the ease of use and how much better it has been compared to the previous ATS' we've come into contact with.

Pros

- great sales and customer support team: [sensitive content hidden] attended to our company's questions. Amongst the ATS our team spoke to - which was about 10 - they have been the most supportive and patient when answering questions (disclaimer: we've yet to be handed off to the account manager so we cannot speak for that aspect yet)

The value that Breezy provides in relation to the cost is great compared to many of the other platforms reviewed by our team.

- customisability: from scorecards, questionnaires, fields that we want candidates to submit, additional questions we may have, formatting of the JD, reports --> everything is able to tailor to each individual's need

- UI/UX: intuitive UI/UX, nice kanban board facing. Great documentation and help resource if you're unsure
--> also able to integrate with platforms like Google & Zoom which are useful for customers

Cons

- offer emails sent out can only have 1 attachment per email, and other company members cannot be CC-ed
- unable to reject multiple candidates from the same position, but it's something that most other ATS do not have as well

ATS was sunsetting and it wasn't very intuitive or good to use.

Great Price Leader but needs more in 2024

It was a great price leader but once you start using it, it felt very old and not very updated with the tech stack and UI. No new features and things like uploading CSV file felt sluggish.

Pros

It was affordable compare to other ATS on the market. It allows you to post a # of jobs for a very low fee, one of the industry price leaders.

Cons

The UI felt very 2014 and old. Also, I didn't see a lot of new AI features or anything that could put a spark in me to continue to use the product long term.

My career gets better and smarter with Breezy

Appreciating the much this software has achieved for me. My job is more enjoyable and effective. There is more time to concentrate on other aspects of life.

Pros

Streamlining hiring and recruitment saves time and resources. I have more time to make informed decisions and do my research. This has eliminated any compromised results in my final decision. Self scheduling interviews is a major step to achieving automation which makes the tool user friendly and quite relatable. It helps me to keep track of new employees through meetings and interviews.

Cons

My true legend. I have no complaints about this tool. I have achieved alot so far.

The best way to organise your recruitment

Overall an amazing product that allows our recruitment team to know where we are with each role.It has ensured that no parts of the process is missed such as Right to Work.

Pros

How simple the interface is to use.That you can view all candidates simply in one place and the flows for the stages of the process are easy to understand and manage.It has a lot of automation to make recruitment simple and effective.

Cons

This product is good, the integrations with bob, our HR system could be better.It only takes over the first name and last name, it could transfer more information.
