About RSA SecurID
RSA SecurID Suite is an identity and access rights management solution that helps businesses of all sizes manage access rights for contractors, customers, employees and partners across cloud and on-premise systems, data and applications.
RSA SecurID Suite enables administrators to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) utilizing multiple methodologies, including biometric fingerprints, SMS tokens, one-time passwords (OTPs) and push notifications. Supervisors can implement security and compliance controls and set up risk-priority based access certifications. Additionally, with the authentication manager tool, staff members can verify user identities, change PIN codes, request replacement tokens, troubleshoot issues and more.
RSA SecurID Suite comes with an application programming interface (API), which allows businesses to integrate the platform with several third-party solutions. It offers Android and iOS mobile applications, which allows employees to gain access remotely. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via live chat, documentation, community forum, FAQs, phone, email and other measures.

Pros
So fast and easy to use! I have not imagined authenticator can be so simple once settled right. I was always forgetting my passwords before and now I do not need them. Excited!
Cons
Have not found any so far. Settlement can be tricky if your organization did not do it right but still - quite easy is you have a handbook.

The security aspect of the tool makes it a must in every business
Pros
A very powerful and easy-to-use tool when logging in to a VPN/hosted business computer. The safety it brings is worth a mention

Easy to Install, Great to Use!
Very easy to implement on a wide scale. We rolled this out to a large team of contractors and they were able to successfully install and use their tokens in a matter of minutes.
Pros
This app works every time, it's easy and reliable. I've used it to manage multiple accounts and it is extremely easy to install. I have never had a problem with the app, and I use it daily. It is easy to distinguish between which RSA I need as I have a few in the app that I use for different accounts. It's fantastic.
Cons
I have not had any difficulty at all. I used to prefer a hard token, but this app makes using the soft token easier and convenient.

It does what it was created to do
Its a simple software in both display and usage
Pros
Its easily integrated with most online platforms especially for banking. The authentication process is simple and modern which involves the scanning of a QR code and finger print. It allows the user to have multiple tokens and each can be renamed for ease of use.
Cons
A feature could be created that can link directly to banking and other authentication applications/websites so that the user can auto fill the token code instead of switching back and fort between applications.

I have both the hard token and soft token, both work well
Pros
I have the ability to work from home from time to time so having this and not having to lug home the laptop works good. The hard token has numbers that change every 20 seconds or so. The soft token is pretty much exactly the same but I have to pull it up on my laptop to access it.
Cons
When I am in the middle of typing in a sequence but it changes on me.

Easy and fast soft token interface
Our company is using RSA SecurID as a soft token for company VPN. It generates a random and unique key to let system identifies the correct user with a PIN. Tool is working efficiently and fast enough to provide a decent experience. Users import their soft tokens easily to the tool, it allows to import more than one token

Pros
Wonderful software at helping you to keep data and banking related information secure. Its very easy to use and very reliable. I mostly like how easy it was to set up and pair to my online banking profile.
Cons
What can be improved is that the timer should be reset when you request a new token.

Usage of RSA SecureID
Overall the tool works great and is very easy to use and migration is quite simple.
Pros
This is a straightforward software that gives allows you to access the company's network and it's used in 2 of the large companies that I have worked for.
Cons
There really isn't much that I least like about this software. It does exactly what it is supposed to do.

A Great Layer of Security for any Organization
Definitely a great product, I highly recommend it for every organization.
Pros
With RSA SecurID, it makes it very difficult for non members of your organization to log in.
Physical tokens, as well as an app exists, so there is also versatility.
Cons
As an admin, I have not had any issues or problems.

This app is Easy to use and fast
I really like this, since we started using it to work from home I feel my job information will always be secure and the app is easy to use, we just enter the password, get a token
Pros
It is easy to use just enter your passcode and that's it.
It does not tell you if the passcode you entered is right or wrong and still generates a token which makes it great in case someone is trying to access your account.
Cons
When you enter the passcode for access, the token gives you like 10 seconds to copy it into where you need to put it, but sometimes when you enter the passcode it's like it has been loading already and it gives you like 4 seconds to get the number

A bit outdated
Overall, it was general okay. I have since moved on to another app that is much easier to use, and will not be going back to this one.
Pros
The app was easy to download on my phone. I use and android and sometimes have issues downloading apps because they are more Apple iPhone friendly.
Cons
I found the software a bit outdated and slow. Every time I log in it capture temp files on my laptop and hug memory on system.

No cons in general. But if you are not from it background then you just don't know why and what you are doing but you are still doing it easily

MFA for whole network
I use RSA SecurID for MFA for remote access VPN and two factor authentication for network devices. It is simple and easy to use

Extra security layer
Personally I like it. It helps me feel like the information I work with is only handled by me. For our customers it is great too since their information is safer
Pros
We work with virtual computers, which hold very delicate client info. What I like about this software is that it adds an extra layer of security before anyone can access their virtual computer. It definitely reduces the chance of someone with bad intentions to enter someone else's account. Adding this extra steps of security through a randomly generated PIN in your phone app reduces the chance of someone else having access to this PIN.
Cons
Though it was easy for me to utilize, a few of my coworkers had issues getting their set up, and they had to make a few phone calls to get it up and running.

Good and simple
It is an excellent option for secure protocols, just need to set up the configurations once and after that is really simple.
Pros
Even if I needed a little tutorial to set up my secure id token, it was really simple to do it, and after that it just works, it is a really helpful tool that you can integrate to your daily job, specially nowadays that we are working from home, helping the company with security protocols.
Cons
It is most a personal opinion, but I didn't like so much that the app keeps generating tokens even if I close it

Great. It's reliable and and super easy to use.

I work from home 1 day a week and after to use the RSA Token app on my phone to login to my work systems. As long as there is wifi it always works.

Great For working Remotely, when it works.
When it works it is easy. However, if it doesn’t it makes working remotely almost impossible

I Use this product when needing to connect to the server for working remotely. When this Product works it is very seamlessly and easy to connect.
Cons
Sometimes token doesn’t work and have too many attempts are had The system locks you out for an hour. Even IT cannot bypass this.

Cons
I tried the free trial and found that although the software was good for the detection and response to fraud instances it wasn't what I was looking for.
