Efficient and user friendly
Overall, my encounter with QuickBooks Online has been highly favorable. The pricing is equitable. The system boasts remarkable capabilities, ensuring our financial affairs remain well-organized.
Pros
Affordability and user-friendliness are key factors. QuickBooks offers comprehensive features essential for our small business operations, and its cost is lower compared to competitors, even when considering just payroll functionalities.
Cons
We encounter numerous unused features that clutter our navigation experience within the program, causing inconvenience and hindering smooth operation.

Highly Recommend QuickBooks Time
We have chosen QuickBooks time over another software we use to track out jobs because of the functionality and efficiency. We love how easy it is to review timecard and process payroll in one place.
Pros
For the most part this app is user friendly and our team has been able to pick up on it quickly. We like that there is map tracking and the autorecognition when they are close to a jobsite.
Cons
I wish there were more management settings for allowing employees to have certain functions. Sometimes when changing settings we feel as though they don't always update/change for the user.

A MUST HAVE if you are using Quickbooks Payroll!
Overall, we have been very pleased with QuickBooks Time and our staff has enjoyed its ease of use as well.
Pros
Using Quickbooks Time and it's integration with Quickbooks Payroll is a life saver. If there's ever a need to adjust time, it is quick and simple.
Cons
OCCASIONALLY, the app is glitchy, which then causes me as the owner to have to go in manually and adjust the time sheets. However, the pros FAR outweigh the cons.

If you have Quickbooks, it's easy for simple time keeping needs.
Overall, it was good and it's easy to use but the job costing did not work for us that well where our employees do a combination of shop and field work.
Pros
It's integrated and easy to use for small businesses that have employees who need to use a time sheet.
Cons
Reports are all built in and can be exported but the formatting of reports that are exported makes it difficult to use them in other applications or use them for analysis in Excel. That's not to say there are not other ways to do this as there are and there are other apps to do this.

Quickbooks time gets the job done.
Overall, QuickBooks Time is a reliable and user-friendly solution for time tracking and employee management. It’s a great fit for companies with remote and or field teams, with its flexibility and a streamlined approach to payroll. While there are occasional syncing hiccups, its integration with QuickBooks and mobile functionality make it a valuable tool for simplifying time tracking and improving overall efficiency.
Pros
What I like most about QuickBooks Time is its ease of use & flexibility in tracking employee hours. The mobile app is a great feature, allowing workers to clock in and out remotely, which is especially helpful for those in the field. The GPS tracking feature equals accuracy, and integration with payroll makes processing timesheets simple and efficient.
Cons
The occasional syncing issues, especially when several users are trying to update their times simultaneously. Also, some of the advanced features, like reporting, can feel a bit limited or require additional customization to fit specific needs and that can be time consuming.

Outstanding Customer service, QuickBook Time is simply Awesome
I am very much satisfied using QuickBook Time for my institution. It saves lots of time while sending solicitations to clients, simpler for me (the Proprietor) to see what my representatives are chipping away at and when, in addition to my workers love it since it's more straightforward for them as well.
Pros
The quality and accuracy along with seamless integration to QuickBooks Online is really helpful and any employer would like this for sure. Really good for job costing and helping employees track their time during work
Cons
Automation is highly essential especially when it comes to manually add finance planning each time another representative is added appears to be crazy - this ought to be more seemless as it synchronizes with QuickBooks.

QuickBooks For You
Overall my experience was good with QB Time, I would have no issues with using this system going forward, I think that it is user friendly for the majority of the system and if any issues occurred it was a really quick response time from the support team.
Pros
It was easy to view the hours that all employees have done and to view on a weekly basis.
Cons
The way to approve hours wasn't the best experience, especially if multiple teams.

Would recommend Quickbook Time
My overall experience with QuickBooks Time is good. It makes it easy to track employees time and time to clients. It is also easy to edit the description and it goes over into QBO easy to do billing.
Pros
What I like most about Quickbooks time is that we can easily track time out to a client with the amount of time we were working to a certain client. This makes it easier to see how much time we are spending on a client and makes it easier to bill clients. You can also use a on the clock timer if you wanted to start and stop and have the exact time you were working.
Cons
There isn't a true con that I would say I least like, other than when it is a user error and you are off a day and you start or enter your whole day worth of time throughout the day and then you realize you did it for the wrong day. Now, it can be fine but if you're like me it needs to be corrected. I have found a somewhat easy way to move the time that is faster than retyping it but if there was an easier function to change the date.

honest review about QUICKBOOKS TTIME
My overall experience with QuickBooks Time in the past 10 months has been positive. It streamlined our time tracking and payroll processes, with an intuitive interface and seamless integration with other QuickBooks products. Despite occasional glitches, the responsive customer support quickly resolves issues. Overall, it significantly improved our efficiency and accuracy in managing time and attendance.
Pros
What I like most about QuickBooks Time is its user-friendly interface, robust time-tracking features, seamless integration, and reliable customer support, making it an invaluable tool for efficient time management.
Cons
As a user for 10 months, one aspect of QuickBooks Time that I found less favorable is occasional glitches or lag times in the mobile app, impacting real-time tracking and causing inconvenience. Additionally, while the platform offers comprehensive features, some advanced functionalities may require additional subscription tiers, which can be a drawback for smaller businesses with limited budgets.

For any business with staff to pay
I wasn't sure if this app was right for me. The talk of timesheets etc made me think of a factory or large office but I've tailored it to work for me. At the end of the day, I have staff and freelancers who all work at odd hours and no two weeks are the same. When it comes to paying them, I now go by the information in QB Time.
Pros
I love automation and being organised. With numerous freelancers working for me (over two locations) I needed a quick and easy system for us all to use to get paid. QuickBooks Time has met my requirement and then some...
Cons
Getting my staff to complete it. This wasn't due to difficulties in submitting the information, they were 'too busy' However, after missing a couple of payments, they soon learned.

Great Service!
My overall experience with QuickBooks has been a positive one. It's flexible, it's functions are diverse and allow me and my employer to be on the same page with my time card and PTO.
Pros
I like this app because it allows flexibility in time sheets. I can request time off, cancel the time off, and it will show me multiple breakdowns of my timesheet throughout the pay period. I work primarily remotely, this app allows me the flexibility and accountability to my timecard.
Cons
Quickbooks time takes a long time to fix errors in the software. The PTO request function has not worked for 4 pay periods (8 weeks).

An easy to use Tracking Software, fully integrated with QBO
I enjoy this app and thinks it's better than most just because it is already connected to my QBO.
Pros
I enjoy using this app because it automatically links all of my clients as soon as I add one in QBO. I work on specific clients and am able to switch between them. It also remembers my most used projects and keeps them at the top for easier log-ins.
Cons
The buttons don't always work, and it can be hard to edit time. Sometimes I have to do the log-in or switching of clients twice, and editing time doesn't always work right away.

Great for Users AND Managers
Have zero complaints. My favorite feature is the ability to go back and enter time based on my Google Timeline activity, as data coverage can be spotty, thus making the clock-in and out feature glitchy. This is not the fault of the developer - it's a data issue.
Pros
The UI is so intuitive, and mistakes in time tracking can be fixed by the employee up until the entries are approved on payday.
Cons
It can get glitchy if you dip in and out of good data coverage areas, esp if you use the clock in and clock out feature
