Integrated one stop shop
Overall I have used Quickbooks for years. Time module I have used for over a year. Generally it works fine.
Pros
QuickBooks is large integrated app. That’s why I use their Time app too. It seems to serve the purpose and makes payroll easy.
Cons
Time App seems like a patch of 3-4 different generations. It gets messed up quite easily, if an employee forgets to check out on time.

Easy to use, great product.
Pros
Simple and intuitive layout, very easy to follow without much hastle. Things load quickly meaning you don't miss much time.
Cons
Sometimes it was a annoying needing to punch in and out for each break, but thats no fault of QuickBooks but rather my employer policies.

Great option for freelance work, managing time
Overall an amazing resource especially when working for a small business
Pros
As a freelance working, quickbooks time makes it easy to clock in and out of different times, and manage remote work easily
Cons
Sometimes it can be a little glitchy, and clock me out when I was still working. Also sometimes I will think I switched jobs then look back and it's on the wrong job.

Not great, but unfortunately, there isn’t anything better out there right now.
You can link it with QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and set up employee profiles. It does offer GPS tracking, but there’s a big catch—employees can simply turn off location services after clocking in and turn them back on before clocking out.
Pros
I like that it will link with QBDT and feed the time over, as long as it is working properly. If you need help the customer service is horrible enough to make you switch.
Cons
When TSheets transitioned to QuickBooks Time and customer service moved under the QuickBooks umbrella, the quality really dropped. TSheets had excellent U.S.-based customer support with reps who actually knew the product. Now, with QuickBooks, the customer service reps often don’t have deep product knowledge—they just act as middlemen between us and the back office, which slows everything down and makes getting help much more frustrating.

My overall experience with QuickBooks times has been positive as it’s easy to clock in clock out and take lunches.
Pros
QuickBooks times makes it as easy as possible for me to be able to clock in and clock out in my current part-time job.
Cons
QuickBooks time doesn’t have many downsides as it’s functionally easy to use. It’s just very simple.
