About GoReminders
GoReminders is a cloud-based text and appointment scheduling solution. Suitable for all businesses, Users can schedule emails and text messages to be sent to clients before the appointment, in order to reduce the number of no-shows and missed appointments.
The system features tools like customizable reminder texts, automatic calendar sync, recurring appointments and scheduling. The software can be operated from a desktop or any Android or iOS device. Clients can request new appointments by filling out a form online, which then adds the appointment to the calendar of the business owner. Businesses can even specify the intervals at which they want appointments to recur. For better communication between client and business owners, Go Reminders provides multilingual messages that are triggered to keep clients updated about the upcoming appointment.
GoReminders helps ensure that clients respond to reminders and confirm the date and time of the appointment. Customers can reply with a "C" to "confirm" or reply with an "R", which stands for "reschedule". The responses are automatically updated in the system’s calendar. All appointments made on GoReminders calendar can be synchronized with Google Calendar, Outlook and iCal.

Exceptional Texting Program
Excellent program with many features we do not use, but the ones we do are exceptional and make the office run smoothly with regard to appointments and reminders. I would strongly recommend this program due to ease of use, functionality and cost.
Pros
This program has made appointments for the office much more efficient. We are able to notify, remind and edit appointments with ease. Today's reliance on cell phones makes this program fundamental to any office who runs by appointment.
Cons
I would like the ability to add an option to change the language for each text sent.

Two, maybe Three great systems in one. (Scheduling, Customer Communications, Appointment...
Been with GoReminders for approximately 5 years and every few months a new feature is added that makes our business even more productive. This system solves many internal scheduling challenges along with excellent customer communications and appointment confirmations.
Pros
Customer Service is responsive problem solvers. The system has transformed our service business into 5 star customer ratings due to confirmations and communication. We use system to communicate with customers and schedule and assign jobs essentially two systems in one.
Cons
We are a seasonal business and we pay for monthly for appointments that we don't use and we can't bank the appointments.

Good but needs work
Besides not being able to book both parties at once I think $60 is too much. You can get a full solution that does everything through vagaro

Customizable reminders are a win
Overall, I have really enjoyed it. It does what we need.
Pros
I love the customizable reminders. I am able to put a link in the reminder to make donating to my ministry easy for my clients.
Cons
they’re a bit more expensive than other calendar and reminder apps. Also, there is a limit on how many of my customers I can message at one time.

Very easy to implement
Very good so far, we would like a free SMS blast functionality but that is probably asking too much haha
Pros
We noticed the product was very easy to use right off the bat, the layout was simple and the text confirmations were easy to edit and customize.
Cons
Honestly there's nothing worth mentioning, minor stuff.
