> Powerful engine with many "out of the box" rules already built in that allows you to be productive and reduce risk immediately .   Additionally, custom rules are easily configured to accommodate specific business needs.    Color-coded overlays provide an intuitive way to reduce complexity and allow a walk-through of the risks identified.

> I received a message about an unhandled exception during startup and I also had to replace my laptop that already had Xcellerator on it.  The customer service was outstanding\!  The instructions for both of my issues were handled quickly and were easy to follow with screen prints to help guide me.

> **Pros**: Xcellerator does an excellent job of providing a semi-accessible CRM software that can be fairly easily accessed across multiple departments to complete a wide array of tasks. It's more useful for our Service department in pulling up service records, vehicle history reports, previous recall letters, and warranty claims as opposed to our Sales department who would prefer to use a more simplified user-friendly CRM software such as Salesforce.

> **Cons**: The biggest Con to using Xcellerator is that there is a specific learning curve where it is an older product as sometimes it will feel like you're booting up a Windows XP platform from a Windows PC just by the overall design, layout, and functionality of the software. It truly runs just like an old school Window platform would and is very stern about case sensitiveness, having to access very specific tabs to view select documents, and often requiring higher-up administration override information to input and updated simple data entry pieces that should not need such override approval.

> Xcellerator has been crucial for our service department in keeping up to date on daily vehicle service records, warranty claims, and vehicle specs where we service hundreds of vehicles per month and need to keep accurate ledgers for every vehicle that comes through our shop. It has been a wonderful beginner CRM to get our sales and parts departments rolling as well however sometimes there are other CRM options that better suite our needs such as Salesforce for certain tasks mainly involving sales.

> Xcellerator was rolled out across the Risk and Finance groups.  The installation and training was handled by Incisive's Customer Success who continued to follow up to ensure adoption.  We now have effective controls over our spreadsheets and are making improvements to legacy financial models.
