Its ease of use for set up, additions and modifications makes it very attractive to the helpdesk administration and management. Trackplan FM has a range of features such job request link, QR code usage, forms, contractor management and purchase order request management and navigation through the desktop and mobile application is very intuitive. The management team are very responsive and proactive in both introducing new and enhancing existing features throughout the application via update releases at a greater frequency than would usually be expected.
