> **Pros**: The two best things about VirtualPBX is (1) the ease of use, and (2) they're top notch customer support.

> **Cons**: I miss the ability (that was in a previous generation of VirtualPBX) for the auto attendant to listen for faxes on every line.  That is a great tool that is no longer offered, but needs to be re-implemented.

> So far, our experience has been great. The transition to VOIP from landline phones happened seamlessly and we had great service getting setup.
