We are currently dealing with a critical issue where an automated internal queue has completely frozen our client's site's SSL certificate deployment. Finding out from a supervisor that our high-priority engineering ticket sat completely untouched in a queue for 15 hours while a major client's site remained completely down globally is unacceptable. Frontline chat support is polite, but they lack the tools to fix backend database or network loop errors quickly. > > Historically, it has been a 5/5 product that I highly recommended.
