Really excellent in securing internet activity
WebTitan is my fast solutions for securing and shielding my internet connection health and preventing my computer from any attacks from spam and malicious attack.
Pros
I really like that WebTitan is working for me both for my work computer and my personal computer. It help me filtering the internet activities and blocking any suspicious traffic that my computer connect on. The GUI is really easy for a non technical user to implementing it in their system.
Cons
WebTitan support team is really passive and lacks of medium that they offer for us to connecting with them. I can only contacting them by email, and no other medium are available like phone number or live chat are supported. They should improve their support option.

WebTitan Review
Great value for the service it provides for us. Eventually would like to use it with a Linux server environment down the road, but haven't crossed that bridge yet as we currently use Active Directory with M$.
Pros
Easy to install and could reuse old hardware for the installation, so helps keep costs down. Also once installed it requires minimal oversight since it runs on a Linux install. I like it is on premise as it is cost effective to manage.
Cons
Can't think of any right now as it meets our needs.

Great essential platform for DNS-based web filtering
We were able to complete our offering making it more appealing to certain customers who need web filtering capabilities on their hotspot services.
Pros
Multi-level account management makes it easy to provide managed services. It also provides white-labeling capabilities and private/local instances deployment.
In general, the platform met our expectation and allowed us to resell the product effectively with a managed service offer.
The categories are rich and updated, the classification of the website works very well.
Pricing is reasonable. The interface is fast and responsive.
The documentation is well done and minimizes the time to learn.
The support team is responsive and always available.
Cons
Usability and user interface are a bit dated. APIs can be improved.
Pricing model includes metrics (per IP Address) difficult to map on real deployment when in the network there are NATs and gateways.
The activation of accounts could implement smarter ways to handle and deliver credentials.

Easy deployment and low maintenance.
Fairly smooth and trouble free. On the few occasions we've had to call on technical support the response was very good, even when the miscofiguration was our end.
Pros
Easy to setup and very transparent. Good logging.
Cons
UI seems a bit klunky and dated. Easy enough to navigate though.
