SurveyMonkey is the best modern survey platform.
Overall, I’ve had a fantastic experience with SurveyMonkey. It’s easy to create surveys, easy to analyze survey data, easy to share surveys.. the list goes on!
Pros
SurveyMonkey is the easiest survey software I have ever used. I really like the customization and workflow for creating surveys.
Cons
I don’t have anything negative to say about surveymonkey. My team and I have had a great experience utilizing this software!

Ask it easy with SurveyMonkey!
Overall the product it self is great. The pushing for people to sign up for a paid subscription is a bit much. So many emails.
Pros
Product is great. Surveys are easy to create a great deal of options for templates.Customer support is fantastic and respond extremely fast to questions and concerns.
Cons
After a while you feel like you have to pay. The free version is nice but you aren't given the best options. Also the amount of times you get sent things to sign up for a paid option is kinda crazy.

Easy to use and functional survey platform
I have used SurveyMonkey for board member and employee surveys and am thrilled with how well it works. Being able to reuse and update previously-created surveys has saved me a lot of time, and my audience members have been able to take the surveys with ease. The options for displaying survey results have allowed us to create easy summaries that aid in decision-making, employee reviews, and policy-changes.
Pros
Easy to use, with flexible design options, great survey summaries. Can create a survey in minutes that are simple and straightforward for my audience. I appreciate that I can copy and update previous surveys that I made, so that I don't have to start from scratch every time.
Cons
I don't have any complaints yet. I have used the platform for board member and employee surveys and it seems versatile enough to provide the privacy options we require.

Reliable, Flexible, and Affordable Survey Platform
Overall, SurveyMonkey has been a dependable tool that meets most of my needs without unnecessary complexity. It’s quick to get surveys up and running, offers clean analytics, and works well across teams. Despite a few technical and integration quirks, it remains my go-to survey solution due to its stability, affordability, and thoughtful design. At this point, I’m very satisfied and don’t see a reason to switch to another platform.
Pros
SurveyMonkey makes it incredibly easy to design, configure, and launch surveys in just a few minutes. The interface is intuitive enough for beginners but still offers the kind of flexibility that power users appreciate. I especially like the logical flow builder, which allows for conditional questions and branching—features that are often locked behind complex setups in competing products. The platform also gives you solid options for customization, reporting, and data export. Considering the range of features, the pricing is very reasonable, offering great value for most business use cases.
Cons
While the interface is well-designed overall, certain functions such as advanced rule configuration can feel a bit cumbersome. Adding complex logic often involves multiple steps that could be simplified. I also find it limiting that reminders can’t be easily set up through embedded surveys or URL-based links. Another small challenge has been with the Google Sheets integration—when using custom fields, the data ordering sometimes breaks, requiring manual cleanup.
