Very pleasant experience, supercharged our field staff. Much better than even its closest competitors.

Chat support, much to be desired, I know thats MOST companies, but for one that costs so much, its really annoying when the end user knows more than their support team

They let my phone number get ported out by a different company.
My phones did not work because off them. Stay away if you want to stay in business.

Service titan has been a part of my career the entire time as a plumber, it has helped me manage my different house calls and set up a great history for all my customers

ServiceTitan for the Win!
We use ST for Dispatching, Invoicing, Payroll, Estimating, etc. It has been very positive, as our CSM has been helpful at resolving any issues that have come up.
Pros
It's ability to handle almost any task we need, and they keep adding functionality.
Cons
At times the support staff aren't helpful, and I have already tried most of the troubleshooting steps they suggest. I have seen that get better in recent days though.

Servie Titan Review
I have enjoyed it, most of my job is done on it. I directly benefit from how easy it makes things, especially the data tracking.
Pros
I love how streamlined everything is on it. The team is great and very responsive. It makes data tracking so easy, and they keep innovating ways to make it better.
Cons
I don't have anything really. I feel like I am just getting my feet wet, so the plethora of things it can do is a bit overwhelming.

ServiceTitain - Kick Starter for your Company!
We had a pretty good experience, it was a bit difficult to get someone to help us on certain things, but overall, this site helped us get to where we are now!
Pros
ServiceTitan helped us get our company started. They provided us with courses to guide us through the site and how to put information in. It showed everything all on one page; photos, forms, summary, etc.
Cons
Some files and photos were getting corrupted, the photo upload was a bit too grainy. There were not many parameters set to make sure our technicians were getting things done, and it was difficult to learn.

Service Titan The Great Money Grab
Chaos, Chaos, Chaos.
If you want to waste your companies time and never get anywhere, never get onboarded and ultimately ever get a chance to try a companies software they are supposed to selling. Then Service Titan is for you. Service Titan will get you going no where in a hurry running around with them in endless circles upon circles. Service Titan is the standard in preverbal do loops in software. Round and Round you will go.
Pros
Never got a chance to try it because the Service Titan Team NEVER got anything set up to even try.
Cons
Service Titan Team was obsessed with getting $$$$ it was all they wanted which is why they never even got us onboarded to even try their software. The team that tried to get us set up was so inept they had us set up for a teams meeting in another country hahaha they really were hilarious towards the end and we never did ever get onboarded

Best Decision
Pros
I love all the capabilities, support and recourses that Service Titan offers. I also really appreciate the fact that they listen to us, the customer, and implement our ideas and enhancements. The customer communications and online payments is something we lacked in our old software that has made our lives (and our customers lives) so much easier!
Cons
I can't think of any real cons, if something isn't working right its usually user error or a bug that they fix quickly.

Took the jump and never looked back!
It has been a true game changer. We experienced phenomal growth during our first two years. I don't credit Service Titan with bringing us the growyh opportunities, but Service Titan 100% allowed us to take on a much higher workload, streamloned business and allowed us to continue accepting more qork and new clients. Staying on top of the software is a full time job, the software just keeps getting better. Every quarter there are new process to devlop and new features of Service Titan that change the game, for the better. This might aound like a negative, but the customer support is great. I normally cam get answers in under 10 minutes. If there is something about the software that bothera you, Service Titan is probably working on a new update to resolve that pain point.
Pros
Reporting makes KPIs so much easier. It is highly customizable, we are constantly finding new ways to use the software. It also encourages/forces techs to use proper work flow.
Cons
The price point is high, so you have to really utilize the whole software. I would like the office accounts to have more abilities and that the program offered more tracking and KPIs for office staff.

Not much, they are great and always taking recommendations for improvements for any issues. We did prefer the old look as opposed to the new style of the website.

More features, more benefits, more issues
Overall, Customer service has been pretty responsive, although not always able to provide a viable solution or work-around to issues. The software itself is robust to the point of being overly so. There are a ton of features. The Pricebook alone has a ton of aspects we continue to underutilize such as product images, recommendations, and templates. It took a ton of work to get everything setup and running the way we want and there is still a lot of room for improvement. The best part about ST is the community. Between Facebook groups, forums, networking events and new ideas within ServiceTitan, somebody has an answer to your issue 95% of the time. The financing integration has really helped our technicians help more of our customers as well.
Pros
I believe ST works diligently to add new features and expand existing features. Some oversight may exist on fixing bugs or addressing issues. ServiceTitan has more functionality than most other CRMs, but the more complex something is, the more issues there can be. ServiceTitan has absolutely given us a better grasp on business operations and helped us increase our revenue.
Cons
Location being required for field staff is a huge battery drain on devices and not a function we need for the software to work as we intend it, especially as the dispatch map doesn't update in real time.
The software is very expensive and requires a large investment to make someone a "Managed Tech" meaning it is restrictive for certain roles in our organization.

Service Titian overview
we onboarded during covid, so I feel like, and everyone was on vacation in December. I felt like a stronger start would have been helpful.

ServiceTitan is a wonderful software!
Pros
ServiceTitan is a great software. We use it at work and I love learning new things all the time. It has simplified so much for our company. It is easy to learn and easy to use.
It has helped us grow our customer database and reach our existing customers to be able to better inform them when a technician is scheduled, coming to their home and even follow up afterward. Our technicians love it as well and it gives us in the office all the information we need to keep our database up to date.
They offer so many ways to dive deeper into the software and learn from each other including SparkSessions, EmberSessions and Torch Network.
I would recommend ServiceTitan.
Cons
I haven't found anything I dislike at this time.

Automating The Service Industry
Our over all experience is a 4/5. The product is good, but we feel like once you got our money there wasn't much more help, we had to learn on our own.
Pros
We love how ServiceTitan assists with automating our insulation, heating and cooling company. Helps us streamline so many jobs and not miss out on potential revenue.
Cons
The training and implementation was lacking. We also do not like getting tossed from CST to CST. We want one person not a line of them.

Love Service Titan
I love working with this software if you are willing to put the time in to learn the software you can grow your business in ways you never thought possible.
Pros
Like the fact that Service Titan if always trying to grow in there ability to make system advances. The memberships are easy to create and monitor.
Cons
I wish that more of the Pro products were available to everyone and were a part of the standard package.

Only marketing prowess can get software this bad this far
I was sold on many things by the time we signed up for service titan, but issue after issue, it didn't matter - how responsive their customer service was, the "quantity of features", the percent of increased sales - it just doesn't work well.
They also didn't follow through with their obligation to help with a number items outlined in the contract. After my customer support manager went dark, and her manager went dark, I initiated a stop payment; only then I was contacted - by the billing department. When I explained the situation and asked for help, they said they would reach out. I didn't hear back until their collections team followed up which obviously went nowhere.
I find it incredibly hard to beleive that Service Titan is considered a successful company. Even for the clients that this is working for - I can only expect they stay with ST out of convenience of due to the contract.
There are so many better options out there, in every way (no exaggeration). As if to add insult to injury, this must also be the most expensive option on the market as well.
Pros
The many, many people involved with onboarding were friendly; kind of what I expect the initial joining of a cult would be like.
Cons
The 5-week onboarding & training before go-live should have been an indicator that this software is highly unintuitive. They sold it as built by-and-for tradesmen, but I strongly disagree. In a world of clever software intuitiveness, service titan is far from in keeping with modern standards of UX/UI and even stable functionality.

Excellent experience. Great product and great vision by the Exec team.
Pros
I like that ST can be expanded depending on your needs. There are constantly new developments (add-ons) to an already industry leading software. My guess is that most companies aren't even scratching the surface for what ST can do, which is a mistake. Invest in this software and use it to scale your business.
Cons
Price increases but this is commonplace for tech

Overall St has been great. We have streamlined a lot of our operations and it has forced us to grow in a lot of good ways as a company, and to develop great processes.
