It does a good job of storing all of our files for the various courses and a great job of working with our API to communicate with our internal systems and other partnerships we have. > > **Cons**: I can't say I'm fan of the heavy AI direction they are turning into. I think focusing so much on that, in a market that is going to be flooded with it soon enough, is going to leave them exposed if not done properly. > > I came on after purchase and after it was fully built and customized for us. From my perspective it's been great. Everything had to be loaded into the "warehouse" first and you couldn't delete anything from it, like older versions, etc. Limited search capability for users and user maintenance. > > It's a lower mid-range LMS. I've implemented or administered over 7 different LMS's for organizations. It lacks in so many features, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, except someone who wanted a cheap, limited featured product. A lot of employees tell me they think they are done with their courses, but they actually still have some left. It's difficult for them to see that on their home page. However, the customer service team at Schoox is unbeatable\!
