Their support is terrible, often you get multiple follow up emails from different people who don't, won't read the notes of the last person and in order to kick the ticket along will send you steps you've already tried and shown to not resolve the issue. When you do finally close the issue, you get constant emails asking if they can close the ticket. After your ticket generation they will call you 10 to 12 days later for your query or solution. Has everything we need to protect our users and endpoints. This is a zone based firewall. We went from having about 300 firewall policies on the Cisco Meraki to about 125 on the Sophos.
