Especially booking times and payment. In addition the software is not complete. It is not possible for a student to buy more than one half hour class at a time. In addition the Pinlearn team charge for integration into Stripe (They charged me $450), even though they write on their website that standard integration is free. Their business model is that customers will pay extra to have features added to the existing software, then your extra features become available for every future customer to buy. So if you use them to develop your site, all your competitors will always have the features you have paid Pinlearn to develop. > > The experience started well, especially at the pre-purchase sales stage.
