Overall i am using this platform for getting to know more about my projects and campaigns traffic and their attributes like demographics, active users, new users and engaged sessions, and based on these metrics i made the changes in my project campaigns to further improve the performance

Google Analytics 360 is fast and reliable to use

Overall, I love using this product because of how easy it is to set up the surveys and obtain the results I need. It is fast and efficient to use since it requires minimal set up.

Pros

I love how this product is able to obtain so much data in one place. It makes it easy to analyze the results of polls, questions, etc. I can also see the variety of people that took the surveys. I also enjoy using all the tools that are given with the product, like the report that give the metrics and summaries.

Cons

I don't like how the data retention is limited, since some data is lost after some time due to the settings. And the product cannot be customized as I like. However, these issues are not very significant compared to the benefits and productivity of this software.

For me, Google Analytics is one of the best tool to track websites traffic. The fact that is free is a huge bonus and because is from Google gives some trust in the metrics it shows.

Pros

The most I liked the demographic data Google Analytics 360 offers. Because we have many sales online too following the metrics from any campaigs give me some good insights. Connecting the website was very easy and didnt need any help from tech guys. The interface is easy to use and getting/exporting reports is fast.
