I like that Freshbooks is user friendly. It's simple to create invoices which I do all the time. It saves so much time

Cons

There's nothing I don't like about Freshbooks. It's definitely more for small businesses though. If you are a larger business, I'd look elsewhere.

Pros

I absolutely love the mobile app, we found it flexible and convenient to us. Invoicing is now better than ever. For online payments, Freshbooks is our number one solution, with it's excellent features it does exactly what it's supposed to do. Very demure, I highly recommend.

I never experienced a major problem am glad it was of great help to me.

Easy use, users dont need extensive training to use the software, its helpful for small businesses who might not budgets for training new staff on the software.

It still looks like it fits small businesses, if you scale up operations, you might do with a better software.

Really simple to use interface. Easy to enter time, projects and expenses and great reporting tools to analyze the data

There isnt much to dislike about this software, the three years i used it daily and loved it and recommended

I liked that FreshBooks is well known and a trusted provider for business accounting software, and offers many features.

Cons

I felt like there may be other softwares that could offer more features related to operating a Canadian business.
