eSUB is a mobile application and cloud-based project management solution that helps commercial subcontractors across various trades to manage day-to-day operations. eSUB offers tools to connect field workers with office managers and assists them with initiating and managing project documentations. eSUB eliminates manual processes of tracking projects and automates labor tracking and communication. eSUB creates paperless projects with one central storage for project information, photos, drawings, PDFs and any other documents that all team members access in real time. Logging in through a secure internet portal, eSUB’s project management module allows subcontractors to create, log, and track important documents like requests for information (RFIs), change orders, and more. eSUB’s timecard module tracks subcontractors’ labor hours and costs, which can be sent from the field to accounting software. All information can be accessed at any time from any location on any mobile device. The solution is used by various contractors such as electrical, mechanical, specialty, HVAC and plumbing contractors.

Communication at it's finest

When it comes to RFIs and submittals, eSub tackles the task as needed. Quick and efficient. Keeps projects moving forward and profitable

eSUB

Pros

It's online. It has a visual graphic to represent hours used versus budget

Cons

Phases are not listed numerically, along with many other things where it would make sense. Unable to copy an employees timecard over from the previous week- or hold a default timecard that you could fill in - with an appearance like an excel sheet which would save a lot of time for entry. Unable to export phases for time keeping- which causes manual entry at the end. Everything has to be manually entered.

My Time with eSUB

Better than anything I have ever used to track project progress

Pros

I like the simplicity of getting in to review projects in progress.

It difficult to upload pictures of work in progress - Biggest complaint from Team Members
