Best product Easy to use
I have used this software for more than 2 years. I am certified user in Expensify. Expensify is easy to use, easy navigation, clear dashboard, custom reports and many more features. Anyone can easily use it. there is no techy experience required to use this software. I have used this for expenses record, travel management and time and expense recording.
Pros
Expensify is one of the best software to record daily spends and claim reimbursements. Its easy to use, easy to navigate, simple dashboard. Anyone can use this easily. You can pull combine as well as singular reports for the employees.
Cons
In reporting I have faced the formatting issues. due to this its take time to make that report correct.

Expensify: The Go-To App for Hassle-Free Expense Tracking
Overall experience with Expensify has been pleasant. Its so easy to use and reimbursement goes directly to my bank. SmartScan saves me a lot of time on a daily basis. The process from submitting expense to receiving reimbursements feels very smooth. What sets this app apart from other application is that expenses are tracked and processed almost instantly giving me a clear picture of spending at any moment.
Pros
Nothing can beat the "Snap and Go" feature of this app. I can just take a photo of the receipt and expensify automatically extracts all the expense data. Another feature i liked about this app is that it gives me expense report automatically (once its sent for reimbursement, after its approved and after i get reimbursed). Expensify reimburse me directly to my bank account and its mobile friendly as well.
Cons
SmartScan is a great feature Expensify has but its not perfect. Sometime it gives error while scanning which can be pain. And its also a offline app.
Other than these two, this app is second to none in this category of application (Expense management category).

Scammers dishonest crooks
Horrible tripled price added service I do not use after a year as a client they screw you

Dishonest added services without permission, tripled price… ending all services , like the product serves the purpose if they were not scamming people
Cons
Dishonest added service and tripled the price all I need and use is receipts they can see that after a year as a client

Easy to use, for most
We use Expensify for employee expense reports for which they require reimbursements, as well as for all corporate credit cards. From an admin standpoint, it is easy to use and customize, however from a new user perspective, it takes a few tries to full grasp how to use the tool.
Pros
The flexibility from an admin standpoint: easy to add new employees, add new expense categories, many options to search from.
Easy to extract reports.
Cons
It is quite difficult to use as a first time user, especially if you are not someone who is used to the concept of expenses and expense reports.

Great tool but expensive
Pros
Very easy to import credit card csv files. The mobile upload and auto scan feature is great!
Cons
The monthly cost was pricey. Could not justify the monthly expense to manage expenses.
