Super easy for management of giftcard to reward employees' loyalty
Love Tango especially when you are on the receiving end of the rewards, for instance gift cards
Pros
That it is very easy and intuitive to understand, Tango just sends email directly to my email whenever I receive a gift card from my company rewarding my great achievement
Cons
I sometimes feel like they should have focused on just one or two aspects, for example gift card management only, instead of striving to onboard so many other features as well, which makes their brand pretty diluted and their dashboard densed.

Tango makes rewards Fun.
Pros
Tango gives me the opportunity to boost employee morale. I distribute gift cards for things such as perfect attendance and meeting certain sales goals. My employees are appreciative and excited when they receive their gift card via email. The set up process with Tango took less than a week and it was an overall easy and effortless process.
Cons
There is nothing to not like about the software. It has been excellent so far.

Tango is the best
Pros
Tango makes it easy for me to get my gift cards when my employer sends them. it's also easy for me to choose what i would like to convert my gift card. The customer support is also very easy to access which is a huge plus!
Cons
I don't like how I can't call customer support. I have to an email them. I feel like calling is easier and faster.

WARNING: 2-3 delays for Customer Support
I love what this company promises, but they don't deliver. The lack of immediacy for customer support issues - as well as the lack of knowledge on their customer support team - is a no for me.
Pros
I love that there's a gift card solution that can be integrated with HubSpot to deliver international gift cards automatically.
Cons
Customer support knowledge is spotty, and this is dangerous - esp. when an agent recommends a card that won't actually be redeemable by the customers in your survey. This problem escalates quickly because Tango's customer success team will take 2-3 days to respond to your panicked outreach, and there is no way to have a conversation about a remediation plan. You submit a ticket, someone responds in 2-3 days, and if their response is incomplete and you ask a clarifying or followup question, you will wait another 1-2 days for that response.

Reining loyalties
I get my loyalties through tango. I accept each through email and within minutes of accepting i have another email carrying my gift codes along with second email with pin code they use every caution possible to ensure loyalties go to right person. They are then listed according to receiving date on my account and amounts of each. Perfect for record keeping
Pros
MY gift cards this far have came from tango and so far have been exactly the right amount and I get to choose to which company I want it from they don't force unwanted items on you

I've used them now almost a year and I've yet to find any cons to their products at all

Fat payouts
It's easy to send and receive awards with tango. They have a variety of cards like Walmart or a MasterCard prepaid. Pretty awesome selection for customers to pick their own card
Pros
It is fast payouts and seamless experience.
Cons
Nothing to dislike. Never had an issue with them but one time and the customer service found the issue and fixed it before I even got off the call.

Safe rewards
Perfect for when you want to give a detail and you don't know what to give, so through Tango Card you can give multiple gift options depending on the value that is added.
Pros
I feel safe using Tango Card because the digital rewards are safe and it has easy access to the page to redeem the rewards. It has a wide variety of options to redeem rewards that allows you to choose the type of gift you want to give. It has excellent customer service and an easy-to-use web application that allows you to see all the movements of the reward until the final recipient.
Cons
I don't dislike it at all, they have good service and it's easy to use.

A booster doge for small business
Although it has limitations it will bring a big change to your company if you apply it in your real life. It will motivate your users to engage with your business. So I will recommend it to small businesses mostly.
Pros
I came to know about tango after giving a review to Capterra. They provided me with a gift card. I feel very lucky. They give gift cards based on the user's preference. If you want to take Starbucks as a gift, you can choose it. If you want virtual debit card. You can do so.
Cons
Before when I used tango, there was so many gift card option for my region. But now there are not so many options available to redeem. So I would recommend them to improve their gift card providing field.

Easy gift card experiences
Tango offers a good, easy to setup gifting solution. Giving loyal customers the joy of selecting what they wish to receive as a reward can make a difference on engagement and retention.
Pros
After trying to find the best kind of incentives for customers, like discounts on our services and finding little engagement, finding Tango with an extensive range of gift card choices that can be used internationally can make a difference. The customer really enjoy being able to select something they value instead of our perception of what they should value. Tango dashboard allows us to keep a tab on the budget for gifts and the integrations are really helpful to automate all the processes.
Cons
The customization for e-cards could be improved, but are quite robust as they are.

Tango, in my opinion, has been a superb platform for organizing staff incentives and recognition schemes. I can easily explore and use the many functions because of the user-friendly interface and simple design. The "Rewards Catalog" is a noteworthy feature since it provides a variety of enticing awards that inspire and involve workers. The Manager-to-Peer Recognition tool, which enables me to recognize and acknowledge the work of my team members, is something I truly like. The eCards option allows me to send personalized notes and expressions of gratitude, which gives the recognition process a more personal touch. The peer-to-peer recognition tool encourages coworkers to acknowledge and support one another, which promotes a great workplace culture. I can modify the loyalty program to meet the requirements of my firm thanks to its extensive and adaptable rewards management functions. Tango has helped my organization build a culture of appreciation, develop cooperation, and increase employee morale overall. Any firm trying to increase employee appreciation and engagement should definitely consider Tango.

Perfect solution to manage rewards, send them to customers or employees without doing anything manually.

Provides rewards and loyalty program management for small business or employees. You can manage, organize and send reward cards to target people. They can choose from many reward types while they use their credit on the card. After selecting the reward, the card is sent directly to target user.
Cons

Best tool for employee engagement

What I like most about Tango is that it is the perfect alternative to reward our employees with gift cards. It has a big catalog to choose from and it is very easy to use. When it comes to redeem the rewards it comes with detailed instructions so that you do not get lost.
