Finding useful information is very difficult. Categories are not aligned with industry required reference points or elements and trying to create statistics from the information stored is often futile. The customer support is beyond great, you get a confirmation email of your submitted request within a couple hours and normally I have a customer support representative reaching out with in 48 hours asking for more information so they can support my needs. Being able to manipulate forms, reports and setting up my dashboard to fit my needs is extremely helpful. The SDS module is built very well, with the one exception, when using the anonymous QR code it does not have a search feature you must scroll through all SDS's alphabetically.
