This tool is an addition to Dropbox so it makes it so much easier to use because it's already integrated and there's no need to change platforms, and it gives full control over the management of our files. I specially like that there is no need to use email because it's all done inside the platform, but I also like that there is an option for verifying access via email because it's always necessary to add that extra security step for certain files. One of my favorite tools included in this is that I am able to edit files that I've already sent without needing to send another copy, which is something that I would have to do if I used email to send it, it's a small detail but truly necessary in today's technology. > > **Cons**: I think if I could pick anything I disliked, it would be the cost, it's a bit high but also considering that it has more security features than other options, I think it's totally worth it. It makes us feel more safe and we are certain that there won't be any risks and our files won't be harmed in any way.
