About Bitrix24

Bitrix24 is an online workspace for small, medium, and large businesses. It features over various cross-integrated tools, including CRM, tasks, Kanban board, Gantt chart, messenger, video calls, file storage, workflow automation, and more. Additionally, Bitrix24 includes an AI assistant located throughout the product to further enhance your productivity and streamline your workflow. Bitrix24 is a client management solution that provides a platform for businesses to organize and track interactions with potential or existing clients and partners. The software allows users to log and manage client interactions, capture and store lead data, generate sales reports and perform segmentation of target audiences. Leads received from a user’s website can be fed directly to the CRM. Users can then create message templates, send individual or group emails to leads and contacts, capture notes on client interactions, schedule meetings and assign tasks. Users can create personalized invoices for clients by automatically inserting client information and sending them directly to the client's email address. Bitrix24’s sales funnel functionality offers an overview of sales transactions in progress and their respective stages. With the sales dashboard, sales agents can see how many deals they’ve won, how many clients haven’t been invoiced yet and an agent’s rating in comparison with other sales team members.

Great all in one CRM solution

Pros

Best part of Bitrix24 that I love is it combines all resources I require in one CRM.

Cons

Bitrix24 is quite hard to use at the start and learning curve is so long.

Great overall product and customer service

Love this system, hands down the best thing I found when I started my company and I use it in my other companies as well.

Pros

The customization of things, being able to make it what I needed for my company.

Cons

Can be a little hard to learn and navigate at first, they offer partners to help with thing if you can afford it but I like to know how to do things. Once you learn it though it is super easy to use.

Bitrix24 Review

My overall experience with Bitrix24 has been good, but a bit tricky at first. It’s great for managing tasks, team communication, and projects all in one place, which helps keep everything organized. However, the setup can be a little confusing, and it took me some time to get used to all the features.

Pros

You can manage tasks, chat with your team, and even handle customer relationships all in one place. It’s super convenient and keeps everything organized without needing a bunch of different apps.

Cons

What I liked least about Bitrix24 is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there are so many features. The interface isn’t always the easiest to use, and it can take some time to figure everything out.

most popular CRM in CEE

It is good and well known. Focused mostly on trading business and integration with 1C. Large application need Contract management tools and bridge to SAP/Oracle solutions.

Pros

It was the most popular in Easter Europe solution for decade. Widely used in India and some asian countries. Bitrix24 is CRM system designed for integration with native 1C Enterprise/Sales solution. It have integrated HR module, that makes is capable to be standalone solution for marketing team. Has integrated task tracking and project management tools as well has integrated time tracker. It has build in secure disk space to share files and data.

Cons

It is heavy weight and can slow down at deskt top use but awesomely fast on mobile. It has build in time tracker but no attendance controls. Focused mostly on 1C Enterprise integration for Customer module. Lot of manual iterations and need more automation for more leads loaded customers flow.

Intuitive Platform For Managing Tasks & Projects

It is amazing getting everything that you need in one platform that is also easy to use and it is also cheap.

Pros

This is an all-in-one platform that has all the features and tools that I really need to do my business. It is amazing because it has AI-assistant which makes work more simple. Am able to have video conferences with my colleagues to communicate on sustain things at ease. This platform is always helpful to me.

Cons

Bitrix24 is fine by me and has no issues.

Excellent project management program

I used it at one of my previous employer. Initially I find it complex but within few days I was able to learn about all its features.

Pros

It's a very good task management, team communication and project tracking tool. It offers a lot of good features like chats & video calls, meetings, calendar, time tracking, task reminders, document sharing etc.

Cons

It has a complex user interface that for a newbie is difficult to understand. It is a costly program with limited customization options.

I open my Bitrix24 account in the morning knowing that I have everything I need to make a remarkable progress at work.

Pros

Everything about Bitrix24 is awesome. It just makes doing work easier and more productive

Bitrix as a user

I really like about Bitrix24 is at it brings everything together in one place.
we can have chat convesation with teammates can schedule meeting , we can even make our daily task and update there , what has been done at that day , it good for tracking . it has mobile access as well .

Streamlined options that make it effortless to create and manage tasks.

Team members can define, assign and track tasks based on milestones while keeping task files and feedback all in one place. Overall, I would say Britix24 is robust enough to manage development sprints while remaining flexible to a variety of workflows.

Pros

Some of the features I like most about Britix24 are; helpful and responsive customer support team, highly customizable to suit various business contexts, user friendly and quick to learn and automated invoicing. Has a rich white boarding and brainstorming capabilities for generating ideas especially for the advanced version.

Cons

The advanced features require hirer tier plans and also I have experienced occasional performance issues with complex boards.

Customisable, relatively easily with support from notes and bitrix chat support.

Cons

Difficult to keep abreast of feature enhancements due to length of youtube videos and sometimes support notes are not easy to understand.

We have structured our company and all its departments specifically for our company and we are using them.

Pros

I can effectively manage and control the entire company and its departments with a single screen and multiple jobs.

Cons

Everything is in its place, even thanks to Bitrix24 we are informed about technological developments, such as integrating artificial intelligence into the CRM system.

The good Bitrix 24

Over all It was a very good software That all of us needs it. It’s also very interesting in most of the users of this app. You should try And see how amazing this Product is.

Pros

What I Liked most about bitrix 24 is the price of the software it was worth spending for for some users. It would be cheap. I can see it is really not budget friendly, but it is very user-friendly. It has free trial that you can try on and believe it or not. I swear you would love it. It has also some more features that every business needs.

Cons

I think what I liked least about it That sometimes it is very slow and has a bug, but it was resolved very quickly. The customer service is also responding very timely. I am asking for a better mobile features so that I can really enjoy using this software.

Mastering the art of collaboration in project management with Bitrix24.

Bitrix24 helps us to run our projects more effectively and efficiently by allowing us to come together and work closely as one team. This allows us to put focus on the things that matters to us and the end result is excellent projects. The experience has been outstanding and we are intending to keep using Bitrix24 for forever.

Pros

We always get an upper hand when using Bitrix24 to manage our projects as it brings us all together under the same roof and allows us to work in unison and collaborate effectively. It has good communication channels like instant messaging, video and audio calling and files sharing which makes it easy for us to keep every updated and on the know. Bitrix24 has a good and easy to engage with dashboards which help us to have a unified view over our projects in order to know what has been done and what's pending.

Cons

Bitrix24 has a been straightforward to use product and having not experienced a single issue, i can say it has been giving me a perfect experience.

Advancing in collaboration and project management with Bitrix24.

Bitrix24 is a fantastic digital workspace that allows us to work closely and collaboratively during our projects. It makes information sharing and communication pretty easy. It helps us to keep our project works very organized and perform all our duties within the timelines we have set.

Pros

Bitrix24 has been a good and reliable solution to us and thats why we constantly use it to collaborate during our works mostly in projects. The support we get is exceptional and the team is very dedicated to ensure we solve our issues as quickly as possible. Communicating during projects is easy thanks to the video calls, online meetings and the instant messaging functions. We have also seen Bitrix24 keeping our files very safe.

Cons

Bitrix24 is not very user-friendly to use and for us, we needed some training in the initial stages so as to learn how we can make the best use of its features.
