Pros
Ciepal ATS is a handy applicant tracking system. It has all the integrated job portals, which are useful for finding the best talent globally.
Cons

A Balanced Look at CEIPAL
I have mixed reactions i only like two features in CEIPAL Job posting and bulk mailing other than that I don't like any other features. so I'd say my experience with ceipal is mostly dissatisfied.
Pros
What I like most about CEIPAL is the Job posting feature it Is swift and effective.
Cons
I'm not too fond of most of the other features on CEIPAL when sourcing candidates it always shows the candidates with a lot of experience compared to what we want, and the overall layout is very confusing for most of the users.

Easy to use and adapt
Easy to use and adapt. I love to use it on daily basis.
Pros
As a recruiter I find this valuable because I have everything in one portal such as sourcing portal, data, feedback, pending status and much more. It really helped alot and saved time on daily basis. I have used other ATS as well but i recommend Ceipal as its easy to use and adapt.
Cons
I am using it from last 3 years and didn't find any cons on this yet.
