I have mixed reactions i only like two features in CEIPAL Job posting and bulk mailing other than that I don't like any other features. so I'd say my experience with ceipal is mostly dissatisfied.
Pros
What I like most about CEIPAL is the Job posting feature it Is swift and effective.
Cons
I'm not too fond of most of the other features on CEIPAL when sourcing candidates it always shows the candidates with a lot of experience compared to what we want, and the overall layout is very confusing for most of the users.

Easy to use and adapt
Easy to use and adapt. I love to use it on daily basis.

As a recruiter I find this valuable because I have everything in one portal such as sourcing portal, data, feedback, pending status and much more. It really helped alot and saved time on daily basis. I have used other ATS as well but i recommend Ceipal as its easy to use and adapt.

Best ATS I've ever used!
Pros
I've used most of the traditional job boards (JobDive, BullHorn etc.) but Ceipal is by far the best tool for fast moving recruiting roles. Specially for the managemnt point of view. The BI gives all the insights of whats happening with the team and how good they are performing.
Cons
The Ceipal internal database search engine really requires some attention. It often doesn't give good results despite having good profiles in database.

The overall experience is great, and I am sure that with time, they will enhance the product with more features as more clients request different functionalities.
Pros
Ceipal ATS is a great product built by staffing industry veterans for the staffing industry. It is ready and out of the box, or you can tweak it to fit your needs and workflows. It has a good UI and a GREAT support team.
Cons
The dashboards on the homepage only fetch information for the last three months, but if you want to see historical information beyond those three months, you have to go to Ceipal BI, which is not very productive and does not display everything on one page.

According to me 2 years before I started to work with Ceipal. It was a very new experience for me to work on Ceipal to look candidate according to client's requirements.But for now I like to work on Ceipal it is very easy to use. whatever the requirement you have after putting a few specific Key works related to client's requirement we can get the latest Candidate's who are available in the Market who are looking for Job or change right Now. So for me it is the easiest way to hunt for talent. Moreover, if we are hiring for the US any specific region we can use the filter to get the latest profile from the region the client is looking to source.
Cons
As a US IT recruiter the thing which I filled badly for Ceipal the Visa verification thing. The team needs to take quick actions if someone is uploading their profile on Ceipal. If a candidate writes he is a GC holder, He should a GC. Fake profiles should be removed. this is the only concern with me. Otherwise it is a good platform to get the resume with their email address and contact details.

My Overall experience is average not too good not too bad I can prefer separate portals like monster and Carrer builder because we have got more filter in separate job portals for example in Separate monster, we have got us citizen and permanent residence filter but in integrated ceipal we don't have this filter

Don't have many options while searching in string builder i have worked on both ATS Ceipal and ATS Job Diva in job diva we got more keywords in string builder for example if i am going to put Healthcare companies in job diva, so job diva fetches all companies and gave me the best results, but ATS Ceipal doesn't fetch

3. Occasionally, there are login issues.
4. While integration functions adequately, it does not always retrieve new data such as resumes. Instead, it presents previous data as new, resulting in inefficiencies and wasted points, particularly in terms of views.

Accurate Match
Handling ATS is a very friendly user. All my placements came from the Ciepal candidates.

From my perspective ATS is a big hand for the recruiters to find the exact and perfect candidate. All 4 portals are very usable to find both IT and Non-IT candidates.
Cons
From the Dice portal there are many duplicate profiles without any information.
