This blows my mind each time I use it. And every 2 months I have to re-ask colleagues how to do it. On top of this, the flow is top-right \> top-right \> mid-left \> mid-screen. There is absolutely no UX logic in this. Finally, why can I see what my trainings my colleagues have done? This is absolutely not relevant to me.
