There have been points where the system had performance issues because of the load of our data. It is relatively easy to use, has inbuilt AR functionality, Exhibit, Awards and Advertising management functionality. It also has the capability to be integrated with other systems using xWeb, which we have used quite extensively. We also have used the eWeb functionality and have 2 customer facing sites. > > **Cons**: Upgrades have been a hurdle in the past, which is why we are still on an older version. The API we use is still SOAP based, at least on our version, there is very limited RESTful capability. It could also be more intuitive and expanded. The Sales module provided could have more functionality. We had to move to Salesforce to manage our Sales pipeline and other lead generating functionality, something that could easily be improved in NetForum. The CMS could be improved and more user friendly and intuitive The staff facing (iweb) interface could be a bit more user friendly and modern (We are on an older version - so some of the cons might already have been addressed) > > Overall, I believe this product is a robust, one-stop solution for small to mid-size associations.
