> **Pros**: Zoom Phone makes it very easy to check your voicemails by adding them to a queue in the Zoom Workplace app. It also adds the transcription for you by sending you an email with the voicemail and the transcription. That's very nice for catching phone numbers and things of that nature. Meetings are very easy to schedule and log into them when others are using Zoom. It was easy to learn the system. I like being able to change my availability and out-of-office status with the app in the background options.

> **Cons**: With the voicemail I can clear them out in the app, but it won't clear them out from my desktop phone automatically. This could just be the type of phone we have hooked to our Zoom workplace system.

> **Pros**: Alright, what I really love about Zoom Phone is its easiness to use. Yeah, it integrates perfectly with the rest of the Zoom features... so I don’t have to switch between different apps all the time. I can easily make calls right away on the go (something great when I'm running around between classes or study sessions). The call quality is also really clear; communicating with professors, classmates, and even patients is made so much easier.

> **Cons**: One thing I don’t like about Zoom Phone is that sometimes it can be a bit unreliable, especially if I’m switching between my laptop and phone during a call. There have been a few instances where I’ve had trouble reconnecting, and it can be frustrating, especially when I’m trying to discuss something urgent with a colleague or professor. Also, if my internet connection isn’t strong enough, the call quality drops, and it’s hard to hear clearly. That’s something I’ve run into a few times, and it can be annoying when I’m in the middle of a study session or discussing a clinical case. I also wish there were more options for customizing notifications because I’ve missed calls occasionally, especially if I’m in a lecture or study group and don’t hear the alert. Despite these small hiccups, it’s still a really helpful tool, but these are the main things I think could be improved.

> Sure, during rotations and group study, Zoom Phone has been excellent for keeping me in contact with professors and classmates (that is, those that are also using Zoom). Connectivity might be lacking occasionally, especially on low Wi-Fi. Otherwise it is simple to use. Honestly. At times, it may be challenging to coordinate communications across devices. By and large useful, but some changes would make it even improved.
