> **Pros**: The integration from our Give at Work portals into the CRM works well and helps us keep track of monies raised.

> **Cons**: I wish they had household ID's when contact records are connected via a spousal link.

> They are hosting Webinars more often where users are encouraged to participate and ask questions. This is especially helpful because points come up that certain aspects have changed that I may have missed.
