About MY DSO MANAGER

My DSO Manager is a cloud-based debt collection platform that helps businesses manage cash flows, accounts receivables, collection disputes and other financial processes. It provides a dashboard, which enables professionals to track and monitor sales performance, due payments or pending tasks via actionable analytics. My DSO Manager allows organizations to create personalized profiles for customers, generate status reports and filter them based on payment behavior, dispute resolution time and more. Managers can track clients' action history with details, such as date, collected amount, company code and business name. Additionally, it lets users secure confidential data through single sign-on (SSO) capabilities and export required information in Excel format. My DSO Manager integrates the platform with various third-party applications such as QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, Sage and more. Pricing is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via email, documentation, FAQs and other online measures.

Bird Office review

- We have so many customers that we could not follow our aged trade receivables. Now, we have a clear view and with different scenario, we collect easily money. In dew months, we collected more than 200k€.

Pros

- Easy of use and very clear with different scenarios

FEEDBACK ABOUT MY DSO MANAGER

MY DSO MANAGER enable to standardise chasing process in a context of limited resources and growing business. After go live , only a few weeks are necessary in order the software being fully operational

Pros

This sofware is easy to use and implement. Very flexible in terms of scenario design and meet local needs. Very good training and good reactiveness of MY DSO team

Cons

Some application languages can be added such as Polish
