The first time it happened, it scared me to death because I thought I had lost everything I put into my locker. But I have always been able to re-open my locker after re-starting the computer. Was a little put off by the e-mail support person, who really came across as not caring about my problem - had a sense that he or she really didn't want to be bothered.
