About Keka

Keka is a cloud-based human resource (HR) solution, which helps businesses manage staff profiles, track attendance, process recruitments and analyze performance. Features include GPS, pulse surveys, document storage, helpdesk, role-based permissions, workflow management and asset tracking. Keka lets HR managers track employee’s overtime, prepare leave policies and create organizational hierarchies. Supervisors can use the timesheet to calculate billable/non-billable hours and allocate resources to projects as per the availability. Recruiting teams can organize pre-employment tests, monitor candidate's progress across hiring pipeline and view results via a scorecard. Staff members can also track leave balances, complete onboarding tasks and view feedback from co-workers. Keka offers integration with various third-party applications such as QuickBooks, Xoxoday, Upside LMS, ZestMoney, eKincare, Plum and more. It comes with mobile applications for iOS and Android. The solution is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via phone and email.

Positive Experience with Keka

My overall experience using Keka has been quite positive. It is very easy for managing HR tasks like payroll and leave requests simple. The dashboard is very easy to navigate, which helps keep everything organized. It saves time and processes for both employees and managers.

Review on Keka

Keka is a simple and all-in-one HR tool that’s easy to use, and their customer support is very helpful. However, it might be a bit expensive for smaller companies, and the mobile app isn’t as good as the web version.

Keka review

Reliable and user friendly interface which helps in better visibility over employee details

Pros

It was a user friendly interface and the biggest advantage was that I could view my attendance and payroll directly from keka

BEWARE DON't Use KEKA, We have wasted time and money`

my overall expercine is very poor and we have wasted 3 months and Rs. 35000 on keka

Pros

the thing i like about keka is they guys do a lot of meeting , and the end result is noting

Cons

Failed to work on ground zero, they will say follow our company polices not your policy

Great and easy to use product

Pros

It is very easy to use, understand and track your time, your teammates and everyone. The configurations set up by HR admins, work perfectly and cannot be bypassed.

Cons

Sometimes, some pages take some time to load.
