> I am running Vishwas Sales Agency and used Kernel Billing Software for billing purposes. Unfortunately, due to incorrect GST calculation in the software, I had to pay excess GST which caused financial loss.

I contacted their support team multiple times and made more than 50 calls, but no proper response or solution was provided. They promised a refund, but even after 18+ days, the refund has not been processed.

This kind of service is highly unprofessional and disappointing. It has created financial and operational issues for my business. I would not recommend this software to other business owners.
