The case browse reports for our weekly meetings on cases status has really assisted the team in knowing where our cases stand, instead of digging through notes and emails on each case file. > > **Cons**: The initial migration and conversion did not go as smoothly as we had hoped, however, once cleaned up and finally integrated into our firm operations we have found the CRM to be easy to use, beneficial to the firm and the way we manage cases. > > Now that the system has been in use for some time, we are overall very happy with the Smart Advocate product. The level of communication, follow up and follow through was above expectations. Wanted to love it, and tried several ways to make it work, but it was just not great. I am hopeful this will improve over time. Integration with QB works, but has some quirks that we needed to create a work-around for. Such as, only the primary contact address pushing to QB and not being able to select a mailing address for checks when the contact has more than one address, or not being able account for a DBA name versus the check payee name. > > OUTSTANDING overall. Love the development and implementation teams. They were communicative, thorough and left no stone unturned.
