Excellent tool with many options. Great even in the limited free version.
Excellent. I use it for contacts and to keep track of emails, and it is a great help. The integration with Gmail makes it very easy to save all the emails, and even to send emails directly from Hubspot. It is really a great help.
Pros
I love the flexibility it offers in customising some fields, including in the free version. It is a great way to start using and testing it before engaging in a more advanced use.
Cons
Some parts of the user management are not ideal, meaning that, for example, it is impossible to read a thread of emails.

The Goldilocks of marketing automation systems. Not overly complicated, not too limited, but...
I used many alternatives to Hubspot Marketing Hub prior to being hired for a company that was already using Hubspot. I didn't think Hubspot Marketing Hub would be as good as the other marketing automation tools I've used in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Pros
Very streamlined, efficient, easy to use, not overly complicated.
Cons
It's difficult for marketing to budget for the price of Hubspot Marketing Hub when the pricing is based on the number of contacts in Hubspot, and the number of contacts in Hubspot isn't controlled solely by marketing. We sometimes encounter limitations with email design in the WYSIWYG editor.

Lack of features and over priced to get them
Overall we were disappointed because what we were told it could do was only on the really expensive plan and there was nothing in between the basic and crazy expensive plan.
Pros
It integrated very well with our CRM so that flowed really good.
Cons
The email deliver rates were not great. On the starter plan so many features were restricted it was hard to really get anything done.

Hubspot isn't all good (or all bad) it's a Goldilocks fit (for some)
HubSpot Marketing Hub has a comprehensive suite of tools and easy interface. However, its expense, steep learning curve, performance issues, and limited customization options can be drawbacks for some.
Pros
HubSpot Marketing Hub's easy interface and comprehensive tools were a breeze to navigate and implement strategies with. From email marketing to content creation, the CRM integration was particularly helpful in tracking lead generation and nurturing. And, the automation features saved significant time and effort in repetitive tasks.
Cons
Expensive! I found that it can become overwhelming for small teams and anyone with limited marketing budgets. Another thing is the steep learning curve for advanced features can be daunting. And the customization options can sometimes feel limited. Additionally, for the price I was frustrated with performance issues and bugs, especially during critical campaigns.

Good platform and Good tool
It has been a great tool for a startup like ours and see this being part of our scaleup journey as well
Pros
I think it simplifies the need to know a lot of complex logic to send an email and keeps it very easy.
Cons
Sometimes, I need to do some unintuitive user journeys to achieve a simple task but most of the times it's very good.
