> **Pros**: It is very helpful for monitoring my employees without bothering them. Even with the help of this I can monitor those employees who is working from home. This will monitor employee activity , email, their idle time, screen activity and other activity which help me to analyze the productivity of employees and also help me to see individual performance.

> **Cons**: All things are good and very helpful but I have a suggestion that if possible kindly launch on mobile as well so we can easily see whenever we want.
