This covered all the bases for me. It defiantly takes "playing" with it to figure out all the little "ins and outs" of what it can do but the support teams have ALWAYS answered my chat messages in a timely and efficient manner. They are all great. I still have an issue with the time stamp section as it's a feature that is a default, but I don't use but can't get away from. I had to insert a message to my customers to explain how the time stamp works. It is working so far. I love the routing and mapping fields as it saves me so much time without sending my techs out and wasting gas. I am able to upload all information that was discussed with clients so there is no misunderstanding of quotes or work service being done. So far, I don't see my work life without this software and will subscribe again the coming year. > > **Cons**: You have to play with it. We have been waiting over a week to get a support response and a call back. The people we communicate with via email just keep giving responses like, we will have someone contact your back in 1-2 days. I got one call back and the guy could not even tell who was in charge of my account. He kept trying to refer me to the onboarding trainer who had already told me he didn't manage my account. They have over $4000 from us and we are not in anyway confident that we want to grow a business using this platform. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I am a part of nearly every social media HVAC contractors group out there and have contributed significantly over the years. I will warn everyone that asks about CRMS ( daily occurrence) to turn and run away from Workiz. DO THE RIGHT THING, GIVE ME A REFUND, AND LET ME GO TO SOMEONE THAT KNOWS HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. We have not been with the business even a month since we launched.
