> **Pros**: Social Survey makes the process of securing customer surveys quick and seamless.  Their API allowed me to connect the platform to my CRM.  Social Survey has an incredible and supportive team of people always willing to help.

> **Cons**: There aren't any cons that come to mind.  I do believe they can improve their dashboard.

> Social Survey is an excellent company and a phenomenal product.  In just a few months, their software has allowed me to collect nearly 60 customer surveys on many of my staff members.  Highly recommended\!

It requires using multiple social media platforms to accurately gauge your presence. Instead, the focus should be on measuring the quality of that presence rather than the quantity. Additionally, the lack of support after purchasing the product is frustrating. Overall, I feel it was a wasteful investment.

> **Cons**: Nothing really negative. I like you can link socials and the only thing is, sometimes its hard to get the client to leave a review, it would be good if they got a TEXT also and not just an email. Would see more reviews for sure\!

> Great platform, I have been using it for years. Its nice to send the link to clients so you can get manual reviews, and nice to consolidate all your review sites into 1 to use\!
