They provided early access to earnings for all of my staff. Setup was pretty easy. > > **Cons**: Administration wasn't the easiest. Most user facing administration (address change, banking changes, password resets, earnings reporting incorrectly) had to be handled by PayActiv which results in many of my staff members being frustrated that I can't help them. > > Overall it is a pretty good way to offer early access to pay for employees. Zero support from the employee or employer side. This feature was added to our Payroll Software and it has been a complete nightmare. Nonresponsive to employees and employer alike. > > **Cons**: Every single employee that tried PayActiv was overcharged multiple times. Weeks of not getting paid. PayActiv still owes employees money. As the employer we have had to reimburse them to avoid evictions, overdrafts, etc. PayActiv has been contacted numerous times with no resolution. They jsut keep telling us the money should be back in employee's accounts "tomorrow." They've been saying this for weeks. > > Horrible. Completely and utterly awful.
