> **Pros**: I use the Shogun Editor to create landing pages and to build on top of some product pages in our Shopify store. As a graphic designer, I love how easy it is to drag, drop, and edit pages without having to code anything. Also, Shogun's support team is super responsive\! I had an issue today with a new pop-up form we recently integrated.  \[sensitive content hidden\] replied to my support chat right away and was able to not only fix it but help me understand the problem so I can fix it in the future\!

> **Cons**: Not a lot to say about any cons. It would be nice to see more block templates regularly, and sometimes the responsive page breaks don't always work the way I want them to but otherwise I love the editor tool\!

It integrates seamlessly with our Shopify store to enhance our customer experience in a way we weren't able to within our theme (without a full dev team at our disposal). The support has always been speedy, delivering solutions quickly without any site disruptions. We love it\!

> **Cons**: Generally works very well. Slight frustration is that it would be great to use our own CDN for imagery to improve speed of load and also the same for some scripts that fail lighthouse tests.

> Very good. Have dealt with the team across product development and support. Currently within a project to implement a multi-storefront instance of BigCommerce utilising Shogun as a CMS to save going down the route of an expensive headless implementation.
