Other features include sneak peek, pre-written responses, archive and CSV exports. Sneak Peel allows agents to view customer queries while they are typing and reply faster. CustomerICare allows users to customize their chat window and provides operator profile management. Agents can view their team’s customer ratings, manage avatars, email addresses, browser notifications, team organization. It offers integration with Wordpress, Zendesk, Magento, Joomla! And Drupal.
