Additionally, having the ability to customize it was a game changer. Our needs were very custom, much like other customers I am sure, and software "out of the box" was not going to fit with our unique needs. So the pros of this software go hand in hand with a professional team that understands the needs of business. Highly capable software and highly capable staff is a recipe for a successful implementation and business optimization. Althea hit the mark. > > **Cons**: All and all the software is great.
