Best CRM For Your Money!!
Excellent or A++
Pros
Easily the best and most customizable CRM for the industry our today. Their app is second to none and the desktop platform makes following jobs a breeze! Plus, grabbing an e-signature right on the contract on the app is cake. No extra app to use
Cons
There really are none, if something arose the team at JP jumped to correct or add it right away.

Lots of Features - Great Experience
Fantastic. LEAP had a steeper learning curve than other CRM's we have used but once we had our "light bulb" moment and things started falling into place and making sense, it is been a freight train of nothing but good things! Everything you do relates to something else in the CRM so it is all important. Once you understand the integration and support- it all makes sense and is easy to use. The support staff from LEAP has been amazing in helping coach us to this point.
Pros
Lots of features to utilize. Our Team has not even implemented all of them. The data that can be retrieved and utilized is amazing! It has really changed the way we look at our business.
Cons
Upfront data entry takes a bit longer than previous CRM's. Lots of fields to enter but that also leads to stronger data collection so you have to take the good with the bad

Worst program used.
Overpriced program that is confusing to use. Didn't make life easier. Have had to keep paying for the whole year and when I canceled was made to pay for another month as we were then told you must give them 45 days notice and not 30 days per the billing cycle.
Pros
Nothing was liked about the whole system.
Cons
The program made every stage of our business take twice as long. Some steps had to be done twice.
Response from Leap
Hi Nicola,
We're sad to hear that you weren't able to get the full value out of our product. It's designed to customize with how you operate your business, so configuration does require stakeholder commitment. If it's not too late, we'd love to work with you to get the system configured how you need it.

We Love Leap
Great. We would recommend this software to anyone looking for contraction type crm
Pros
The workflow feature is amazing - keeping communication streamlined is an ease.
Cons
The search engine is to be desired and the forms formatting really should be updated for formatting and design- I understand you have this set up in sales pro but we don't have a use for sales pro but would like better looking documents to stay competitive. Also, the fact that we did purchase this crm for the QuickBooks sync option but are unable to use it due to the fact that we are a parent company with another company - 2 states 2 companies

5-Star Excellence
It has been fantastic when needing help from support or our CSM ([sensitive content hidden]) they have all been phenomenal.
Pros
The UI and UX are some of the greatest parts about the applications. The mobile applications are really great when in the field and needing quick support. The programs have been designed to really support the contractor/customer.
Cons
The only thing I would like to see with LeapCRM is just the addition of a call center platform with a calling queue, other than that I think it is a great product.

Sydney is the best
Ok- more support = happier customer. Would be happier with a real live help with minimal wait times.
Pros
The Reps which basically help me stop looking for other services
Cons
Minimal automation on CRM/ it’s impossible for a business to spend the time setting this up and keep it going (SalesPro and maintain it with out a leapexpert always there ) this makes the customer stick .

BAIT AND SWITCH
Horrible. They sold a product that included GPS tracking. After spending a lot of time and money cancelling current GPS tracker found out that LEAP's tracking system is "in beta" therefore has A LOT of glitches. Didn't even work for the first 3 months. Worked for 2 months then stopped again. They have zero sense of urgency and they're staff has very limited knowledge in what they claim to specialize in.
Pros
The ease of navigating throughout the app.
Cons
Lack of support, unable to provide the services claimed.

My overall experience
I have hardly any issues at all with Leap. Some reps have a hard time with the app since it has updated, although it is still manageable.
Pros
Easy to upload documents, payments, etc. Calanders and tasks are extremely helpful.
Cons
The progress board I sometimes have a hard time with when looking at total revenue numbers for the year. I don't feel it is entirely accurate which makes it hard to collect sales totals and track our goals.
Response from Leap
Hello Emma! Thank you for the 5-star and glowing review. We really appreciate you taking the time to write it. This quarter we're rolling out a mini-update to document management that should make finding documents even easier. We appreciate your feedback on the progress board's revenue metrics. Great! Once setup and deployed there is minimum maintenance needed.

Best decision we have made for Roof Experts
100% the best decision I have ever made for my team and my company.

Every time you have a question or need help it is very easy to contact JobProgress and get ahold of someone who is always great help. Best CRM With Customer Service To Match
I first started using JobProgress over a year ago. I had been seeking a CRM for trade specific industries and even spoke to all the big companies at the World of Concrete. Not one of them was able to give me what I was looking for. Ease of use, document management, complete financials, thorough reporting, customer, employee and contractor engagement. All of my divisions in my company are broken down and maintained through JobProgress and so, so much more. Other companies have those options but they weren't geared to a company of my size which meant when I needed a bug addressed or a rep to explain how to use my software I couldn't get anywhere! The crew at JobProgress care that their software is an extension of my company and I feel they are an extension of my team!! My suggestions are taken seriously and I often see them implemented in their many updates and new feature releases.
Pros
Flexibility to improvements and suggestions. Constant upgrades and new features. Robust reporting and data gathering.
Cons
Some growing pains along the way but not much to currently complain about.

NO Customer Support/ Service
My overall experience with JobProgress as been very poor. They do not show that they care very much for their users as they are pushing UI updates to make the system look differently but are not actioning any of the issues reported. And if they do fix the issues reported they are not letting the users know that its been fixed. There have been several times I have pointed out changes/ updates in the system that my contact within JobProgress had no idea were out there for the end users.
Pros
At this time, nothing. There is very little that I can trust when using the system.
Cons
The calendar says it has a 2 way sync with Google but its been broken for as long as I have used the system (over a year), the reporting functions within the system are very poor and half the time when you set filters for the reports (the same filters) you get different information, the activity feed does not capture everything that happens on a job/ with a customer and its leave the user questioning how certain things on a file were done/ by whom. There are several other items but these are just a few.

New to the industry, new to JP
I'm very pleased with the software, as never having experience with competitive software in the past. I have a lot of corporate experience and this was a seamless transition for me.
Pros
I'm new to the industry, less than 6 months ago. I was introduced to JP my first day on the job and I have loved using the software. I love that it has the templates available so that you don't have to re-write the same email over and over again when you onboard a new customer. Moving customers through the stages is very helpful from a sales perspective.
Cons
Sometimes, I find the document management a bit clunky, especially on mobile. I find myself having to spend extra time searching for how to access documents for a customer on mobile whereas I don't have to do that on the desktop version. I also want to be able to set an appointment directly from a customer's profile with that customer, but you have to go to the calendar feature first and then add the meeting that way. It would be way more functional to have the ability to schedule directly while in the customer screen.

Overall Impression of Job Progress
I believe this was covered in the above comments
Pros
This CRM Program was an excellent choice for customizing the interaction with QuickBooks. Invoices synced to QuickBooks directly from sales management and proposals kept everything up to date at all times. The ability for sales staff to review P&L information on their jobs, limited the exposure to our Quickbooks accounting information.
Cons
During the day Job Progress becomes slow to react to input and refreshing often sometimes helps. During the first 90 days, oversight had to be managed to make sure the synch between Job Progress and QuickBooks was active. Once both programs learned the terminology used and the terminology that had to be changed, we have had no problems.

Job Progress Reliability
I use it just use it too keep Track of Projects.
Nothing that difficult. Uploading is slow and at times the Something went wrong thing comes on and I have too try again later.
Not good
Pros
Uploading Documents. The Program is fairly easy. Again it is slow on the overall. I do not really have anything likable on the overall.
Everybody in the Company Complains about it. The tasks that I do are not that difficult. If I was in Estimating I would get rid of it. But I do not have the Authority too do that.
Cons
I use it everyday. In the Morning early I whip thru my Files. Seems too respond faster in the early hours. The rest of the day it is slow.
Really a Problem when I am uploading a New Project and I need speed in Front of a New Client. Photo Upload speed terrible. We now have it Linked with Company Cam. That helps but should not have too

Best Software We ever purchased
We have eliminated the process of our estimators having to return to the customers home to pick up signed contracts. We can access this software from anywhere at anytime. We were all able to keep working from the pandemic from home.
Pros
We like that it is fast, easy, convenient and accurate. We like that our customers can view and approve right from their computer or mobile device and we love how they are always making improvements to better the software. The customer service is phenomenal.
Cons
I do wish the scheduling was displayed in some type of list form, instead of monthly or weekly. But it's still very manageable.

Best systems for managing project data
JobProgress Help in achieving the required management of project data, as the organization that was previously done by traditional methods, needs tremendous efforts in order to save everything, and also requires greater efforts when the need to search for certain information.
With JobProgress we got rid of all that, as all the members of the work team enter all the project's belongings from pictures, drawings, requests for materials, etc. on a daily basis in an organized manner that is easy to find in the time of need.
Pros
One of the best tools to keep track of all our projects, JobProgress is a great project management tool that enables your team to access all the data they need to complete their tasks perfectly.
JobProgress helps to keep all project related items such as graphics, images, pricing tables and messages in one place, which are collected by all members of the project team at all stages of the project, and which JobProgress helps to filter as required.
Cons
Everything is very good, and all the processes that are done through it are working fine, especially the searches made by JobProgress give very accurate results.

Steve from Outeast
FABULOUS!!! I cannot believe I found a program that actually works for us the way it does... I thought for sure I was going to have to pay big bucks to have software custom made for us.!! Love it!
Pros
Job Progress has been great. The way I used to run my company was with custom made spreadsheets designed specifically for my business and my trade, and when I say custom my spreadsheets were the most in depth sheets I have ever even seen so changing was hard. I am amazed at how much Job Progress already included things that I was using, tracking with my other system, things that no one thought of but they did... My main reason for switching was the ease of use, its so easy for my guys (who arent as tech savvy as I am) to use, it keeps track of all the data easily, the app is wonderful for in the field, but the best thing about Job Progress is that things that I bring up that I request or recommend does not get swept under the rug, they go right to the development team and make it happen! the customer service is absolutely great , they are there for you all the time. I would recommend this to any business out there, if a pain in the neck like me loves it, anyone will...
Cons
The only thing I wish was that I could customize things a bit more for ex: inside material I would like to be able to edit the tags, When adding a customer or a job I would like to edit the tags (because some of them i never ever use and there is other information I would like there). Also the Profit & Loss needs some work, its probably great for companies that never used it before, but I had a very custom way separated hours of labor and material etc, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and I are working on that to customize it a little bit more.

Job Progress Review
Pros
Work Flow automation allowing for quick maneverability with time stamps of Jobs from one stage to the next
Cons
We cannot have a universal workflow change that applies to all existing jobs. When we want to add a new category to a job it only works for new jobs that are created.
Additionally, as of the recent update whenever I switch accounts (I write estimates for multiple contractors who use the software), I am unable to type into the ID and password boxes. I have to refresh the page before it will let me type in those boxes. Not a big deal but is a little frustrating

JobProgress Review
Our company is now organized. There are no more stacks of paperwork, post-it-notes, unpaid invoices, lost proposals or signed contracts. Communication is crystal clear with the calendars showing where each job is, pictures of the site, materials and cost, timeline, etc.
Pros
#1 reason is my training guy. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered every ridiculous question, patience of a saint. He let me text him questions at anytime to get an immediate answer so it wouldn't hold up the job. As for the software, amazing. We are a small, family owned business who did things the dinosaur way: paper and pencil. It took alot to get the owner to convert. The program is user friendly, company adapable, can be used on mobile, IPad, and desktop, and best of all, keeps us all in contact with one another and the client.
Cons
There were a couple of glitches that came up, but you were always able to take care of it promptly. The most difficult for me was switching between desktop in the daytime to mobile in the evening. But practice makes perfect. I've got it now!
