Being able to complete a good amount of on boarding through connecteam and incorporating forms through on boarding and updates is nice to have everything in one place. > > **Cons**: Time off - Not being able to see who else is off in the same view of a leave request and inability to block a date when too many staff request off for the same date. Timesheets: Not being able to easily see what the scheduled shift was especially if someone had a shift in two different areas (ex: trainer 9am-1pm and manager 1pm-5pm). Also not being able to approve individual timesheets to work ahead on payroll. Schedule view: the hours do not update in the schedule view if staff work over their scheduled time making it difficult to detect overtime. I wish management could view shifts that are "pending replacement" and who they were sent to > > It has been an adjustment but overall getting used to the changes and adapting to what is not yet available. It has many options to customize the way you keep track of time, tasks, and helps with having internal communication within the platform's chat feature. Keeping time is simpler, doing payroll is less tedious, and our organization hasn't even scratched the surface of using ConnectTeam's HR features. I like how easy it is for user's to suggest their own edits when they've made a mistake clocking in or out, and the admin can easily approve or deny. The Ai help feature does a pretty good job pulling up articles to "how to's" when I need them, and it is faster than waiting on a call for a live agent to respond. > > **Cons**: My only issue, is that it is a deep program with many capabilities, and although it is very user friendly, they do not provide much guidance or live assistance when you purchase this product. You'll have one initial free meeting and then if you want help from a live ConnectTeam specialist, you have to pay for more sessions. My second least favorite thing is the 'schedule feature'. If you're in an organization like restaurant or retail, with many team members having changing schedules, shifts, and needing to trade shifts or get them covered, then this feature would be ideal for you. For a remote team of workers on a more typical 9-5 schedule, it is actually difficult to set up those repetitive regular shifts for all of your team members. > > Positive. I will probably eventually try to schedule time with a specialist to help me with more of the additional features because, again, there are many many custom features and tools that I have yet to setup or take advantage of.
