My account manager is lovely and approachable and always willing to assist. The Karbon for Clients has been a game changer for us and our clients. > > **Cons**: I don't like that to do a bulk creation of jobs against clients that I have to pay extra to do it. I wish some of their webinars were in Australian business hours. I also really dislike that they don't discount for part time/casual staff. We have 5 employees and 2 of which only work 1 day a week so it's expensive to pay for user access for them for 4 days a month. > > Pretty good overall.
