I knew that from the beginning and they never tried to gloss over that fact, but work is work. > > CSR at Prompt have always been amazing to work with and lord knows I put them through the the paces with multiple plan design changes with no lead times and changes to fundamental programming deep into the process. I was never one hit with a charge that was out of scope even though some of my changes clearly were. I used it at 2 completely different organizations and they customized a solution that worked for me at both places which couldn’t have been more different or complicated. Even when they can't they are always open to thinking about it as a future enhancement or coming up with a workaround to meet our needs.
