It's really easy to put a shift up for grabs or trade with a coworker without having to text everyone individually. Having the schedule, my time clock, and team messages all in one app is much better than using multiple platforms. > > **Cons**: The app can sometimes be a bit slow to load or "cramped" on a smaller screen compared to the desktop version. Occasionally, there’s a slight delay in notifications or syncing when my manager makes a last-minute change.
