Zoom, the king of all meeting apps.
A lot used on Work meetings, also on personal use, my childs use it on their school and zoom also can be use to watch places or situations, I used a lot to check my children in the living while they play with toys, zoom can be very versatile
Pros
Zoom is a global solution that serves to connect with everyone and using all possible means, since it adapts to the needs of each one.
Our team can use Laptop, Tablet, or even CellPhone to connect each other.
Also there is no delay on connections and all our mettings can be recorder to check later for anything that need to verify.
Also, our children can use this features in their classroom and social meetings, so everyone win.
Zoom it's universal, we can use other apps, but Zoom it's always winning with new features that is why Zoom is the King.
Cons
- Some limitations in time on free meetings.
- We need to pay for unlimited meetings, but worth every penny.

Zoom to better results
Overall I am very happy with Zoom. Before I switched to Microsoft Teams I had a lot of good experiences collaborating with colleagues over Zoom. The ability to seamlessly share screen, share videos really smoothly and send files using the chat function allowed us to design over the internet really effectively.
Pros
Zoom is a powerful tool for videoconferencing at work. I switched from this software to Microsoft Teams but I think the video quality is higher on Zoom and the ability to collaborate is just as strong.
Cons
Zoom can have some issues when it comes to microphone problems. I tend to find the connecting a microphone to Zoom less straight forward than using Microsoft Teams. I have also found that the browser version of Zoom can be glitchy if a partner or colleague doesn't have it installed.

Frustrated with the recent updates
I liked Zoom a lot more before it became Zoom Workplace. I am disappointed in the company for always trying to add more instead of perfect their product that already exists. Dont add more features until the current features can work seamlessly without crashing my computer!!
Pros
I love the new whiteboard and I love the remote control feature
Cons
I hate the most recent update. I hate that I cannot find a way to easily copy and paste my personal meeting link. I think there are WAY Too many new tools that I dont need to use for my own job and it makes me feel like I am paying extra for things that I dont want. Zoom often crashes my computer, and the whiteboard lags. I wish they would launch a more basic version for a lower cost that had unlimited meeting times, the whiteboard, and nothing else. I do not need a million tabs on my zoom app confusing me and crashing my computer and I am sadly considering switching to another platform.

Great tool for virtual meetings.
Good overall experience. I use Zoom primarily for coaching calls with clients, as well as for recording podcast interviews and conducting other meetings. It's user friendly and I love the AI meeting summary feature. One frustrating thing...I have the AI meeting summary set to go automatically, but sometimes it doesn't and then I'm left without my notes, so I'm having to manually check that it is truly enabled for each session still.
Pros
AI Meeting summary, ability to automatically record and automatically take notes, transcripts, lots of integrations, decent quality.
Cons
Wish the monthly payment wasn't quite so much and that I didn't have to pay a full seat every time I need to occasionally add another user while I'm on vacation. (If it weren't for this, I would do the annual license, but then I'd end up paying for that extra seat for a whole year!)

Expensive Gold Standard
I had a good experience, the only thing that was bad was the price.
Pros
Having the name brand of Zoom makes my company look professional. I like that it's the Kleenex of video conferencing. I also love the face enhance feature, makes me look better on camera!
Cons
It got sooo pricey for my team to use and implement.
