User review for more than 5 years
Very good experience. There are no negative comments I can leave
Pros
Ease of use and ease of downloading. The size of the program is very light. Very easy to use. Very simple. There are no complications
Cons
I don't understand why sometimes the connection is slow and the screen display is slow even though the internet speed is above good. This problem I encountered more than once and I did not understand its cause.

Light weight and reliable
I use it primarily for some remote help. I have some physical USB Tokens with me and when some of my associates need some signing and get some work together we use it.
Pros
AnyDesk is no nonsense software. For the basic version, you don't have to install. it can be used right out of the box after downloading it.
Cons
While it makes overseas and remote working a bliss, there are also privacy concerns! If the privacy settings are not configured, the remote user would still have access to your machine.

Almost perfect remote desk application
Overall, I like to use this when connecting with my tech support, but sometimes there are connection drops due to firewall settings. Other than that, it's a good application and saves a lot of time for system support and others who rely on them.
Pros
The UI is very clean, and it is easy to see the important functionalities like finding the id, connecting nearby devices by cutting out the unessary deatials is the plus point of the application.
Cons
I sometimes felt the connection issue problems due to the firewalls. I know it's for our security. But if it's achieved in the Anydesk app with only a simple click, it will be a lifesaver. Surely, reduce the time on the control panel's firewall setting changes. It's just an opinion, I don't know about Microsoft's policies.

High-Speed Performance for Remote Work - Anydesk
The software is reliable, fast, and easy to use, making remote connections smooth and hassle-free. I’ve found it particularly useful for quick support sessions and collaborations, with minimal lag or disruptions.
Pros
I like AnyDesk for its fast, low-latency performance, which makes remote sessions smooth. It’s easy to set up and use across multiple platforms.
Cons
I like least about AnyDesk is that the free version has some limitations, like session timeouts or restricted features. Otherwise it is working great in free version.

Great Remote Desktop Solution with Robust Features and Some Caveats.
It has been a good experience using AnyDesk, as many customers who use laptops are not that technically sound, therefore guiding them to troubleshoot errors is quite challenging, getting remote access to their laptops/PCs eases the process leading to quick resolution. Also, I have used AnyDesk to fix my parent's mobile issues directly from my laptop which was the best experience.
Pros
It's cross-platform compatibility for remote sessions or technical support because it supports multiple operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS.
Cons
It starts lagging and the frame skips if the internet is not high-speed which I faced in the village.

My AnyDesk Review by an Game Developer
Overall, It is solid software that gets work done just like it is supposed to do.
Pros
Pros: The simplicity of use and the fact that even a non-techie can connect their device to another user's PC remotely by simply sharing their ID and address code with them are two things I like about AnyDesk. Since I work as a game developer and occasionally collaborate with others, AnyDesk is incredibly helpful because it makes it simple to connect to other people's computers and collaborate on projects from a distance.
Cons
Cons: I dislike the scam aspect of AnyDesk. I am aware that AnyDesk employees are not directly to blame for these scams, but it still amazes me how many scammers use AnyDesk. Their tactics involve trying to access your computer and essentially taking control of it in order to steal as much information as possible. If you refuse to pay, they will threaten to install a virus on your computer and demand outrageous amounts of money to fix it. AnyDesk does make some efforts to eliminate these scammers, but I think there can be more of that.

Anydesk, anytime, anywhere
I use Anydesk at work but also during my free time when I need to remote connect to another computer to give assistance.
Never hangs and requires very little resources, plus it's very easy yo use for everyone and makes my work easier and faster as i can fix many problems without the need to be "on site".
Pros
Among the remote connection softwares Anydesk is the lightest, really easy to use for your peers, they just launch the executable, tell you the number ID and allow remote access.
The interface is simple and easy to understand, with latest connections below and your ID in the top. To connect to a remote machine just fill the white upper blank field and wait for connection. Be sure to have a good quality line on both sides. Once connected you will interact as you were physically in front of the computer, with your keyboard and mouse. Of course you can also transfer files. The free connections last for 60 minutes.
A really good program, you should have it on your pc.
Cons
The field where you have to write the ID number of your peer is a bit hidden

AnyDesk on any PC
Since someone offered me support with AnyDesk i knew i had to keep this software and use it myself. An important security feature that is essential for all software like this is getting the full control when moving the mouse.
Pros
I am using AnyDesk to help my colleagues but receiving support as well. Coming from other remote desktop software I can say AnyDesk is lightweight and much faster than others.
Cons
No cons for this tiny software, everything worked perfect until now.

AnyDesk for help
Great app, really simple to install and use, secure and with a fast connection.
Pros
Been using AnyDesk for years now to get and receive help. This app is simple and easy to use. Installing it takes just a few seconds and is ready to use, without any other complicated configurations. The connection is fast and secured, an important point for this app. Taking back the control of the connection is simple, by moving the mouse witch offers you the safety needed in remove connection cases.
Cons
I have no cons worth mentioning here for AnyDesk.

The best remote desktop software.
I have been working remotely for almost 2 years and almost each day I need to connect with my teammate we use to connect each other through this anydesk software.
Pros
It's been a very great experience using AnyDesk. It is very easy to take remote access to anyone's system using AnyDesk. AnyDesk is known for its high-speed performance, providing low-latency remote connections. It is a user-friendly software with a stright forward interface. Setting up a remote connection is typically simple, and the software doesn't require complex configurations. The main best thing I found in my experince while using AnyDesk I can transfer files and I can copy paste content between the local and remote devices.
Cons
In my true experience, I never felt that there is anything which I should dislike in this platform.

Very useful for Telecommunications enterprises.
AnyDesk is an easy-to-use interface that allows you to manage remote desktops for work purposes. It can be well implemented in Telecommunications companies (for work-at-home projects), for shadowing employers that are still in training, and for providing technical support.
Pros
AnyDesk is an easy-to-use app and intuitive due to its simplicity. There are not a lot of steps to access your remote desktop. You may leave it turned on, and open the AnyDesk app every time you're going to use it.
Cons
AnyDesk could improve the multi-screen feature, so you don't have to open a new window for each desktop. It would be easier if you just open AnyDesk and it already shows your available desktops.

Pros
There are so many things which makes Any desk better among all its peers .The first more thing is convenience and easy to use. You can connect as many devices as you can so easily without any problem. Rather than accessing one can even share data very easily through remote desktop. In recent time it has become the house hold name for every individual.
Cons
The con i think will only be slightly high cost.

Anydesk has it all
I work 95% remote so anydesk has added great value to my Windows users.
Pros
Anydesk is a powerhouse of features. They really know about remote support, because this app is built with everything one need to support remote clients/servers. I really enjoy the simplicity and efficacy of it. Not like others that shows terrible perfomance.
Cons
Nothing I can say here. Only thing that bothers me is that the linux version time to time one has to restart the whole system because anydesk never connects to its server and all clients appears offline.
