Satisfied Three Year Customer
Overall, I am very satisfied, and support was great during the migration to the new version. I wish I had understood before the migration. I was creating a new account on a new platform, and my current subscription would not automatically transfer. I was locked in the free plan until my subscription was transferred, which was done quickly.
Pros
Most of my time was with MailerLite Classic, which I found easy to use and quite reliable. From the beginning, support has been excellent. I just migrated to the New MailerLite, which feels a lot more intuitive and worth the effort to switch to the New version. I spent most of my time using MailerLite Classic, which I found to be easy to use and quite reliable. From the start, their support has been excellent. I have just migrated to the new version of MailerLite, which feels much more intuitive and definitely worth the effort to switch. During my tech career, I designed and implemented intranet web-based applications for corporations. I am very sensitive to user interface and the New version looks great!
Cons
Some features were not very intuitive to use. There is good user guidance that helps. I switched to the New version because it looks easier and more intuitive user interface.

Simplified Email Sending and Opt-in Pages
Overall, I find that MailerLite has all the functionality I need without overcomplicating the simple act of writing emails and scheduling them to the proper group based on the group's interests.
I also like the easy site builder which allows me to create landing pages and automations fast for my audience.
I also find their system of creating automated sequences is simplified compared to the software I was using before. However, when you edit a sequence, the whole thing stops sending until you are done, so occasionally a subscriber might get missed.
Pros
I have been using Mailerlite for a a few years to manage my email list. The thing that got me hooked on using it was the ease in creating landing pages and segmenting the audience based on what free resource the subscriber requested.
The interface is quite easy to use. You can save a template or just edit your previous email. You can select what groups you want to receive your email. You can also schedule in advance, of course.
I think it has better deliverability than the last program I was using but I haven't tested it scientifically.
Cons
I find it a bit tricky to format the text properly sometimes. I have discovered that I need to copy my last email and leave one of the paragraphs in the email. Then I paste my text into the email. After that, I can delete the old paragraph.
Another problem I sometimes have is that the formatting bar disappears and I can't get it back. This is especially a problem when I am editing something toward the bottom of the email. Sometimes I have to cut and paste the thing I want to format. Copy it to the top of the email. Format it and then cut and paste it back into the original position.

Email Marketing Platform
I don't find their templates very exciting, but if you have design skills you can use them as a base to design your own. The drag and drop builder acts like most, so designing can be achieved in no time at all.
Pros
Mailierlite has been my go to marketing tool for a few years now because the set up is extremely easy to set up and if you have a small email list under a 1000 most of the platform options are free to use.
Cons
This company used to offer a robust customer service support along with various templates. Now as the years go on so many of the options that were great are now gone. If you want customer service you have to be paying customers and all the templates are for paid customers except a few left for free customers.

Always There to Help || Always Providing Value
I've been using them for 1.5 years. I used other services before (Mailchimp, Hubspot), and I find MailerLite a big improvement in ease-of-use and support.
Pros
- Everyone at the company is trying to help me succeed, from tech support to marketing
- They never try to up-sell you to levels you do not need and are always willing to give you the best price point
- The systems are easy to use and they provide lots of help if you get stuck.
- Features, features, features! Drag & drop, easy to edit, easy to create.
- Free websites and landing pages that you can EASILY create from scratch or from templates
- BEST OF ALL - they have amazing support from people who are cheerful, quick to answer, and clear in their descriptions.
Cons
Every now and then I wish some templates had more "edit" options in the templates. But this situation is rare.

Easy-to-use email campaign design platform for the rest of us
I have tried many different email campaign clients. MailerLite does what others don't. They designed a platform that speaks to non-corporate clients who work in creative industries. We value ease-of-use, clean, modern design choices without sacrificing professional look or functionality. Whenever I work on a campaign, I am done faster than before with great-looking results.
Pros
Designing email campaigns can be challenging. MailerLite offers easy-to-use tools that don't overwhelm but give you a set of great-looking, professional tools that even a novice can handle.
Cons
While this is not a deal-breaker, handling and creating groups of subscribers could be a little more streamlined. However, their customer service helped me out with a few easy-to-follow steps.
