Game-changer to my onboarding and project management experience!
Since I got Project.Co, my onboarding has never been so easy and professional! I can actually have my onboarding be executed even without setting another meeting to my clients. Plus, they love how I can make their dashboards (what I call each Project) look in-brand with their business. They are also happy how easy everything is! My project management has never been this EASIER and CONVENIENT. The biggest factor is that the support from [sensitive content hidden]himself is soooooooooo prompt and very accommodating. He answers even my slightest confusion on where to look for this and that. He answers very vividly and guides you althroughout.
Pros
Easy to navigate & not intimidating to use, Has great tools that keep my tasks in one place, In brand look makes it more professional, Prompt customer support
Cons
So far, the limitations of what I can pin and easily found, but not really a problem that hinders my workflow

Very reasonably priced too.

Project.co - tool for collaboration within your team
Project.co is very simple and easy to use tool for project management.
Pros
Project.co is very easy to use software, almost everything is very intuitive and I would say it is also suitable for teams which don't have any experience with project management softwares. It enables to communicate about projects, track progress, share files - everything in one place.
Cons
I haven't found any disadvantage yet, compared to more comprehensive softwares, Project.co is focused on simplicity so more demanding user might miss some features or customization options.

PROJECT.CO Simplifies Project Management
It simplify the project management process with my team members and clients. It also allows them as well as myself to feel a sense of security.
Pros
[SENSITIVE CONTENT] said “The definition of genius is taking the complex and making it simple.” This is exactly what Project.Co does! I've tried other project management tools and they frustrated me to the point I regret investing in them. That is NOT the case with Project.Co. It’s a project management tool that allows me to collaborate with members on my team or clients without the headache of trying to figure out the software. It helps me to stay organized and it doesn’t intimidate people when they get an invite to join my Project.Co page because the process is very simple and does not ask for a ton of information. They put their Email, First and Last Name, a password and they are good to go! It provides people with a feeling of security that is really essential in this digital age with so many online scams in existence. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Project.Co if you are someone who wants a software that is Simple, Efficient, and will NOT put you on BLOOD PRESSURE PILLS!!!!!!
Cons
I would like the templates to be inside of the main dashboard of the site. I have to click on a link and open it in another browser and then sign in again. I prefer not to have to do extra steps to get a template.

Give it a try and you're hooked!
I finally have a project management tool that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg, that works without me having to explain everything to my personnel or my clients and freelancers.
Pros
I’ve been searching for the right project management tool for 5 years. Project.co is the first Project Management App I actually kept using more than a week! We love the non-cluttered workspace and and the unlimited projects, tasks and clients feature. The attention to detail such as importing the favicon of my clients website help recognize projects in the list-view. I love the fact I can add clients and freelancers and don’t have to explain to them how Project.co works.
Cons
I'd love to see us do even MORE with Project.co. There is a Calendar view for your tasks. It has a weekly/daily view, but it lacks a vertical hour axis (like iCal does). Tasks get placed in a list on the right day. That is okay, but it would be even better if I could place tasks on a specific time. That helps my developer see how much time he has and what needs to be done when.

Power in simplicity
I've enjoyed the simpler take on project management and client interaction. It's still powerful, but easy to get to grips with. The product is VERY stable with new features tested and well publicised. The user community makes it very easy to talk to the founder too.
Pros
The best thing about Project.co is the simplicity and ease of use. I have used many project management systems and no matter how good, the truth is that if you want your client to actually use it, it needs to be immediately useable. A learning curve that lasts more than 60 seconds will have them running back to e-mail. Project.co is simple, without a million features. This is good!
Cons
The invoicing needs improving. At the moment, the client needs to be logged in to view the invoice which means it can't be paid by someone who's not involved in the project (like a finance department). Could also do with invoice customisation for the visuals.

This is a tool is fit for my type of business. I used so many tools to manage projects previously this makes it easy for me and my very small team.
Pros

Communication tracking- all in one thread.Customer service is very goodThe developer is improving the tool regularly
Cons
To date I have not identified any serious issues. As with all tools it may not be have all the feature you require for your particular business.

Clean, Fast and Limerick worthy
Pros
1. Design and simplicity - so many softwares try to show off how great their programmers/developers are - or how clever they are. The beauty of this one is in it's simplicity. It knows exactly what it's designed (extremely well designed by the way) for and just concentrates on that. This makes the software clean and easy to use2. Getting up an running - there is very little to learn to use this software. You can use it right out the box and then spend about 20 minutes customizing once you have built a few projects. It's nice to keep the learning curve short, especially with productivity software!
Cons
Right now I don't really have any cons, but wrong the following (really bad) limerick. Hum"There once was a man from Nantucket" while you're reading :-)"There once was some software called Project,Using it just made so much logic,AppSumo had it on,And when it was gone,You sure will wish you had bought it"

Great project management tool and CRM!
Great experience, it greatly improved out performance. We look more professional to clients, we can track time better and we can keep all the communication in one single place.
Pros
It's easy to set up and use. People learn to navigate it very quickly. It resembles Basecamp and that's why we love it. It's also very modular.
Cons
So far I have no issues with it honestly. Even some things I thought were issues turned out not to be:)

Great for collaborative projects!
It keeps things simple and has allowed me to work with teams of outside people without them needing to learn some complicated new system.
Pros
This is fantastic when you have to work with external people on projects. The notes feature that allows you to all edit the document is great, and being able to create sections that only some people can access is very useful.
Cons
The sub tasks system is not very intuitive and needs some work.

Project.co Review
Pros
As a freelance consultant with many clients, each demanding different scopes of work, I needed a project management tool to manage my time as well as allowing me to monitor and control the work of other freelancers who I work in collaboration with.
I've been using Trello for years but thought I'd give Project.co a try and I'm incredibly glad I have. It's incredibly easy to use and I can view my open tasks in a number of different formats including a calendar view as well as a card type style (which I recently found out is called a "kanban view") without having to download and pay extra for "power ups" as I was with Trello. I can still add clients to give them visibility to what I am working on, but I can hide any internal tasks that I don't want them to see too by making them "private". I can assign other freelancers to tasks and attach documents, instructions and chat with them in a "discussion" section which is important for me as I like to keep all the comms in one place. It's also useful as there is a "time" section where I can log times and keep track of how long tasks are taking me.
What I found really useful, was the ability to white label the software and host it on my own domain. As far as my clients are concerned, it looks like the project management tool is bespoke to me and gives me an air of professionalism I don't believe my competitors have.
Finally, the team are extremely proactive in continually adding features and benefits to the platform.
Cons
As it's new, it's not quite got all the functionality I need. For example, I'd like to be able to add times at task level and not just project level. As I said before, however, the team has an extensive road map and they are continually making additions to their software.

Project.co is one of the simplest project management solutions in the market.
Pros
I run a digital agency business remotely and I always require to use a tool to manage my projects thus I have used many different project management solutions to manage my projects, but what I have always been struggling from is that those tools seem so complicated and confusing for my team as well as for my clients, which is really frustrating, and it is not possible for me to teach them a new tool every time as it is more important for me to focus on my business.
Therefore I always used to try my hands on different project management tools to find something that is simple and power-packed which I can use permanently for my business but I never got full satisfaction until I started using Project.co and now I am settled.
Hence according to me and my team, Project.co is the simplest project management tool among the other tools we have used earlier, even without compromising on any essential feature that is must for my business.
And the best part about Project.co is that it has a great founder and team behind the tool to provide top quality support whenever I need which is the backbone of this company.
So in my opinion, if someone is looking for a simple yet powerful project management tool then Project.co is just NO-BRAINER.
Cons
I think being a business owner I need more integration options with other leading tools to run the business smoothly.
But when I see their project roadmap on https://project.canny.io/ it makes me feel happy and satisfied that they are already working on so many things and they are executing things fast.

A must have Project Management tool
When I became unhappy with Trello's restrictions and its dependency on costly plugins for essential features, I started looking for alternative tools.I tested a number of tools, but Project.co has been far superior to any standard project management tool I used.Wonderful features, complex and various permissions, native features, a straightforward user interface, and yet wonderful assistance from the application's owner/creators in addition to the vibrant community.I fully endorse this tool and urge you to give it a free trial run to see what it has to provide to you.
Pros
Wonderful features, complex and various permissions, native features, a straightforward user interface, and yet wonderful assistance from the application's owner/creators in addition to the vibrant community.
Cons
More time-tracking options, and external storage options, but the team is working on it according to the public roadmap.

The Perfect PM Tool for the Entrepreneur or Startup!
Their public roadmap is a huge plus, showing off all the new shiny features that are yet to come, it's exciting to be a part of this!
I love this product and have been using it daily to build my business, they've made it almost too easy!!
I only wish I found them sooner.
Pros
Project.co has allowed me to simplify my client interaction and keep all the conversations in one place. Between file sharing, comments, and quick task view I'm hitting all milestones in stride.
I've used other client facing products before and they have always become bloated and have had a steep learning curve for the client. With Project.co this wasn't the case! It's intuitive and easy to get onboard and find your way around the project. PM's have dived in and within 10 mins created a new project, added clients, and started the convo after our kickoff meetings.
Customer service is above and beyond anything I could have expected with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team. Available to answer simple questions on the spot all the way up to complex integration walkthroughs this team has it all.
Cons

Simple but powerful project management software
I tried out this project management tool because I was looking for something simple to use that could help me assign/manage/monitor my team's tasks and to-dos. I have tried out other project management tools before and they were either complicated and had a high learning curve or they were too basic. Project.co is the best of both worlds because it is simple to use and doesn't require a lot of time to get started. I was able to use this tool without much time and training and it works for my team. Along with White label CNAME, Custom EMAIL & custom Logo & colors gives extra comfort for my own branding with winning my client's trust.
Pros
Simple to use- This project management tool is very easy to use as compare with othersCustom domain with CNAME feature - Take few minutes to bring live Custom email - Brings client's trustCustomize the logo & colors
Cons
Right now much automation feature is not there except zapier integration, I am hopeful that they will bring native automation

Best alternative to Basecamp
This platform is easy to learn and use right away. I also appreciate the energy and enthusiasm of the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his support team. They are clearly committed to ongoing development and building the platform for the long term. Another plus is that they have client software, and native mobile apps that all work great.
Pros
Project.co is easy to use and very flexible. It is the closest thing I have found to Basecamp, but is a much better value. Unlimited clients and guest allow this platform to be very scalable.
Cons
I do wish that all of their plans offered a bump in storage, but the ability to easily embed is a good workaround.
