Easy to use electronic signature application

Pros

Dropbox Sign is a good electronic signature application with a user-friendly interface and integration with Dropbox. It is also very easy to use and saves time to get people to sign documents online.

Cons

One drawback I have encountered is that the upload speed can occasionally be slower than expected, especially when dealing with larger files.

Response from Dropbox

Thank you for sharing your experience Felipe! This can be very helpful to those who are looking for an e-signature solution.

Good for the price, but makes you work for it- needs to add features

Pros

Makes getting signatures much easier. Can finally click and sign.

Cons

Signatures often "disappear." I have to fish around to find where they are, sometimes making people resign.

Great tool for a small business

Pros

I'll admit, the first thing that brought me to Dropbox Sign (HelloSign at the time) was the price. But I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to set up, and how full-featured it was given the price.

Cons

I do wish that I could be the last signer & not the first. There must be a way, but I haven't been able to figure it out yet.

Great Value, Great Product

Pros

Contracts are critical in our business. Prior to using DropBox Sign, we had to get paper copies signed which involved a lot of printing and running to meet face to face with the client and then returning a signed copy to them after taking it back to our office. Now it is just a simple process that requires no leaving the office, for us or our clients.

Cons

There is really nothing I do not like. I have no complaints.

Great Product! Easy, Quick & Effective!

My overall experience with Dropbox Sign has been very positive. It gets the job done!

Pros

It is so easy to quickly prepare documents for signature and have them sent out! I receive notification when the document has been opened and when it has been signed. All of my documents are stored on my account for further use. I like that I can add other people to the document so they can also get notifications on the documents.

Cons

I do not have any major concerns with Dropbox Sign. For me - it does what I need it to do. Quick & efficient. For others who want to integrate other programs, it could be a little bit more challenging.

Seamless Signature Process

It has met our needs as a smaller business that is growing 3-5x each year. We have needed the flexibility and Dropbox Sign has met all our needs.

Pros

Very simple process to upload documents and templates for signatures. As our business has grown, we have needed to adjust processes and Dropbox Sign has been able to meet our needs and provide a flexible platform for any adjustments.

Cons

When using the text box field, you have to ensure that you make it as big as you need it. It doesn't dynamically adjust to the amount of text you put in there. It would be a nice modification by their dev team for future releases.

Amazing Signature Software

Pros

Such an easy to use software all kinds of signatures, and other types of boxes you can setup to customise to your own workflow. Also better than docusign because they don't limit you as much to the total number of contracts you can send out for signature.

Cons

Honestly not really any cons here. It was easy to use and very straightforward.

Five stars

I chose Dropbox Sign for my company because Dropbox is our file storage provider and it was easy to integrate with our existing business process.

Pros

Dropbox Sign is successful in getting my signed documents back to me safely. Legality is never in question and audit trail is added security. I embed Dropbox Sign into my company website for more convenience.

Cons

I'd change customer service if it were up to me. It's become hard to communicate with them as of late.

Dropbox Sign Makes My Job/Daily Life Easier

I have had a very good experience with Dropbox Sign from the very first day I have started using it. It is very intuitive and allows me to complete tasks much faster than I used to be able to.

Pros

I like how intuitive Dropbox Sign is for everyone on our team to use. I typically am using this solution daily and it makes it very easy to keep everything organized. The fact that I get daily reminders allows me to stay on top of the documents I have out for signature and give updates to my leadership team.

Cons

I wish it was easier to assign the document to a new signer. This would be helpful for when others are out unexpectedly as it can often be for an unknown time.

Effective tool for small business

I would rank my overall experience favorably and I believe that it is an effective tool for small business that doesn't break the bank.

Pros

One of the strongest features is how easy it is to go through the prompts setting your document up for signature. The steps are self explanatory and easy to follow. I like that whatever you type in the description of the document shows up in your customer's email giving context on what you are sending them.

Cons

I wish the total count of the documents wouldn't change over the course of time. I am assuming some documents roll off of the total counts if a certain amount of time has gone by and your customer still hasn't signed.

Dropbox is the best

I have had no issues with this. The user interface and the user experience are all perfect and easy to use. For someone who never used the product before, I did not have to reach out to anyone to learn how to use this product and was self taught because of how easy it is.

Pros

I like the fact that Dropbox has changed its name from HelloSign. There were minor changes but the spirit and essence of the product remained the same thankfully.

Cons

Dropbox sign has key features that have not changed. I am overall happy with the use of it. It is rather mid tier and I wish it was a bit cheaper to sign up for.

AKB Needs Folders, please.

Pros

Easy to use once I dug in a little bit.

Cons

First, I gave a low score on the Features & Functionality for one reason--FOLDERS, FOLDERS, FOLDERS. I was told (before Dropbox acquired Hello Sign) that I was added to a long list of users who need this. I desperately still want this feature. I manage documents for eight states, and currently I have to scroll through 16 or so pages to research or find existing documents.Second, it was confused by "Add Template" on the "Send for Signature" section. In my mind, that indicated I wanted to create a template, but it didn't make sense since there is a "Template" tab. Now that I know, I know, but that was confusing as a new user.

Dropbox Sign for Business Usage

Very easy to use and convenient for weekly documentation that needs signatures.

Pros

The templates feature is very convenient and saves a ton of time on documentation that is used/signed weekly

Cons

When working with setting up a template, it is difficult to align text boxes within the existing documents layout. Customizing documents isn't easy either - if I have to change or add one or two works to a document before sending it out, it doesn't do this seamlessly and looks unprofessional
